Sub-Fields in a form? (or indent?)
Hi Zoho, I have a form with 3 fields for text. I need the user to enter a number for each field. Is there a way to get the numbder field next to the text field, in a way it will be with a little indent or closer to the upper fields (the one its associated with) than to the lower? (Except from building a form with two column, and to have the number field next to each text field its associated with) I've attached a photo with an example of what i'm looking for. Thanks!! Ravid

Mobile Site Submenu folder shows folder as an option
I have a folder in the navbar of my mobile site, the folder contains three pages. On desktop, the folder shows the three pages but when clicked but on mobile, the folder shows four items. The three pages AND the name of the folder also shows in the drop down menu. Desktop view: Mobile view: What's the point of this? I don't think it should be there.
Unable to update Potential 'Amount' from Potential 'Type'
Hi Guys, I am trying to set-up a field update rule, based on when a Potential 'Type' is created or edited - we make some assumptions about how much the potential might be worth from a list of survey questions. The categories of 'Type' are a direct association to our survey review. When I reach the point of creating the field update on the workflow rule, the field I'd like to update is the Potential 'Amount', but this field cannot be selected from the list. Is there a way to show the receipts that were submitted in the form of a report or PDF file? If expenses are billable, I need to show a copy of the receipts to the client.

Hi, I have several accounts in Zoho CRM, all of which have multiple contacts. For one of the fields in the contacts there are two possible values 'Yes' and 'No'. Sync Free CRM with iPhone?

Assign Territories to Accounts Not Working
I've created a Territory for the State of Kentucky. When I go into Assign Territories to Accounts I select "Use My Own Criteria", I then select "Billing State Is KY". It then brings up all matching accounts. When I run the rule to automatically assign the Territory I get the email saying it's completed a few minutes later. View editor: cycle through filter names by hitting first letter broken
Hi Support When I create a view and add a filter, I would like to hit the first letter of the field and have the highlighted row jump to the first one with the matching letter in the order they are displayed, then if I hit the letter again it jumps to the next one etc... If you see from the screenshots, this doesn't happen, here I have hit 'c' once and it jumps WAY down the list. If I hit C again it jumps back UP the list and from there no change. Hi, I'm using Zoho free account to evaluate the system. I wanted to test lead collecting via contact form. I've created a contact form and in integration module I have assigned fields that supposed to be collected in Zoho CRM leads module. Then embedded that contact form on a website. The form script seems to be working fine however leads are not showing up in Zoho CRM/Leads. I would appreciate if someone could help me understand what's the problem here. Thanks
Appt. Date & Time... field will not stay blank (as of today)
I have a field that is titled, "Appt. Date & Time" and the corresponding fields (before today) would let me change the date and time, or leave it blank. But as of today I cannot change it and leave it blank! I imagine it has something to do with an update. Does someone else have the same problem? Fix?

hi , I created a domain with a gmail account, so the gmail account was the super admin. I have created a few users and everything was fine. I accidently associated an email account to the super admin and now I cant delete or remove that. below is the screenshot. Hi ! I use Zoho Projects for years and now, I'm testing Zoho Invoice in order to see if it could replace my current billing system. Auto determine County from US Zip
Hi all, as a sales rep I have certain territories for multiple different lines.
