hello, in the CRM i add a lookup field but when i read with API i have the value of the lookup field and not the ID behind this value. It's very blocking because when if i have severals times the same value, how can i make to know the good ID ???? By example. In my Zoho CRM in Contacts i have "Account Name" (created by Zoho ) and "Denonce par" (lookup created by me) and the API return me Copy code <response uri="/crm/private/xml/Contacts/getRecords"> <result> <Contacts> <row no="1"> <FL val="CONTACTID">769051000000244015</FL>

Hi, I have a form with a subform, linked via bidirectional lookup so I can see or modify the associated ID's. i.e. The Form is for each Contact, with a Subform listing Phone Numbers associated with that Contact. Default Reminder for Task
Hi, How do I set up a default reminder for making tasks. I use tasks to assign tasks to employees. I always like to send them a reminder for the day it is due, however it is very annoying to have to manually put this in each and every time. How do I set up Zoho so that it automatically includes a reminder at 9:30 AM on the day the task is due? thanks!

In my mind I have an idea of what I want to create, but it is difficult to achieve it with the tutorials and the resources you give. In my opinion they are not easy enough for the common person like me. I think language in my country can be an issue. Even if you speak English as a second language, the computer language is a barrier. Set variable for a subform does not work?
Hi Zoho, I have a form with 3 subforms in it. I need the subforms to take values from the main form. When scripting with "set variable" under "on user input", setting the variable for one of the subforms' value (Subform.ValueToUpdate) , when trying to submit the form I get an error "unable to execute update record task". Off course, when loading the form the subforms are all empty. How can I fix this? Thanks Ravid

Hi, I apologise in advance if this question is answered elsewhere in the forum. I'm looking at Zoho CRM for myself and a number of my clients and we all sell to members of the public who obviously aren't associated with an "account". I know you can set up 'personal accounts' with SalesForce CRM but I haven't seen how I can set them up with Zoho CRM. If someone could help me with this I'd really appreciate it. Thanks Graham

Hello, I see that you can specify a parent account for any account. And, the Member Accounts area shows the direct children (but not the children's children) of an account. How can I see a corporate hierarchy with each level of parent/child indented? I used to rely on that a lot in SFDC. Cant delete an old Mailbox Alias
Hello... in my account, i had an OLD domain that i now deleted it. I added the new domain, i only want one email, a personal one, no groups, no other users I created the user, user@newdomain.com BUT in control panel -> mail accounts -> there is my main account and there is a mailbox alias that has my OLD domain email...when i try to delete it, it says: The input passed is invalid how can this be fixed?

I have tried setting up mutliple users, but it appears even though I have given them full permissions they cannot see my zoho calendar/and or/ we are not sharing calendars. How do I set that up. Also it appears I cannot have simultaneous users. "Using the free version."
Lead Owner Change Email no longer being sent
About 2 weeks ago it would seem that the Ownership change email is no longer being sent to one of our standard users. All other users receive notification of the ownership change, but the link to the lead information now says "Undefined" instead of lead name. Is this a bug in the recent update that added new features to Zoho? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
