Is it possible to duplicate or copy fields, forms, reports, or pages? I can't seem to find this function, and I will admit that for "serious" app development, it seems like a must-have feature. If I would like to create numerous fields with similar properties, making small tweaks to extensive programming, then I have no way to accomplish this. (Likewise, for forms, reports, and pages.) Document Upload New Version Issue

We really want to dumb Zoho down to merely tracking and storing our sales team's interactions with customers/potential customers. Because of this I'm trying to remove as much other functionality as possible (any help you can give on making Zoho better/simpler for this is appreciated). Expenses to be reimbursed
It is monthly payroll time and I am looking for a way to report or export expenses that need to be reimbursed. It is not a sortable field in the "Expenses by User" analytics report. A user can't see my contacts
Hello, I have setup a profile, so that the user can only view and create a contact. If i make the user the 'activity owner' of the event, he can not see the contact details associated to the event. How can i fix this?
iPad app not showing new users
Mt iPad app does not show newly added employees. I want to assign them a task and when I do a "reset app", it seems that I loose tasks that were logged that day by employees. This is strictly in reference to the CRM, not an employee module. How do I prevent "records not currently synced to server from being deleted on the desktop app when I reset the app on my iPad. That's the only way I know to get new fields and users to appear. Please advise.
How to chart Incidents over time
I'm trying to build some simple reports for my SDP implmeentaton. I would like to be able to report some metrics over time but there doesn't seem to be an option to just plot the date along one axis. Am I missing something? I've struggled with this for some time with SDP's native reporting and was hoping that Zoho Reports would help, but so far it's just prettier.

Hi, when scheduling an interview the ics attachment is not added to the mail sent to the interviewer. We cannot understand what the problem is. Exporting data from ZOHO Campaigns for analysis
Hello We've sent a series of e-mails to 1400 customers. Now we want to analyse the results of the 3 e-mails and the 3 resends. It looks as though I have to export data relating to opens, clicks, bounces etc. for each sales person individually and then merge all the data in a spreadsheet so I can analyse. Blocked for too many IMAP concurrent connections
So, I'm kind of confused as to why my account got the "blocked for exceeding maximum simultaneous connections" message in the first place, as from my understanding, the maximum connections for IMAP is 20, and my Thunderbird client is configured to make no more than 5 at a time. Hi, I am trying to use a drop down to select the hour for a scheduling app. I don't want to have 24 values because that is way too many so I want to use an am/pm radio button to create a calculation that will give me a 24 hour clock. Now If we edit the field manually in account record, the workflow is triggered and doing exact work. But If we update field in account record from another workflow in the same module (not manually), then opportunity record is not updated. Is there any solution for this? Please tell us. Is there a way one could delete a record from an html view? I currently have a loop that displays a list of records in a table in an html view. I have an edit link to edit particular records. I want to also add an html link that would delete a particular record. Is this possible? Column Width - both in report and in a page
Hi Zoho, In my reports, if I try to limit the column width using the Column Properties -> Change Column Width under the report settings, if the text in the column is longer than the width I've set the column width is changed to fit the text, instead of wrapping the text inside the column. I can't find the information I need to decide to buy a plan or not anywhere in Zoho. I want to send 2100 emails via smtp today, I wanna know: 1. Is it possible at all? (I read somewhere in forums even pro plans have 1000 emails per day limit) 2. Can I send ~43 emails each containing 50 recipients in bcc? does it count 43 emails or 43 x 50 = 2150 emails? Pivot Table / Chart Not Showing Correct Record Count
I've been trying to work out this problem by myself for a while but can't seem to solve it. When I create a basic List report, I can see that the total record count is 2213 (which is correct). Although when I try to visualise this same data as a Pivot Table / Chart, the total record count is only 2000. For some reason the Pivot Table / Chart is not showing records for the last 2 months or so, as I don't have any filters to restrict the data that's being displayed. I've also opened a support ticket
