I am facing problems regarding refetching or scheduling data import. Always is duplicating values for every importation... Why does it happen? How to solve it? Unable to associate candidates using outlook plugin
After we have moved over to the new version for Zoho, our outlook plug-in is not working correctly. When we select candidates from outlook to associate, we get client name and then the jobs associated to that client are all jobs except the ones which are actually open. So all filled jobs and closed jobs appear in the list. How are we to get open jobs only to show, like it always was?? I have reached out to support for 2 days in a row, and have no response.

I think I must be missing something very basic here, since no one seems to have the same question. I am helping a friend set up different tax scenarios for her German translation business. Within Germany she charges VAT; business clients outside Germany have to pay the VAT themselves (reverse charge) so she doesn't add it to her invoices except as a sentence reminding them that it is their responsibility to pay it. Hi there, I have a few questions. 1. How come Zoho payments doesn't allow cents but only accepts who dollar values? 2. When choosing payments, it only allowed a fixed dollar value. How do I changed it to variable? 3. How come I can't make form field rules with payments? Eg. How can I get rid of a header from my site.
The header in my mobile site has a lot of white space at the bottom that I can't get rid of. Is there some way to remove it so that there is not a huge gap? I just want the menu in the header but it creates a bunch of white blank space that I can't get rid of? Or can I at least disable the header(including menu) completely?

Is it possible to create different Potential Record Types based on Role? For example: We have 2 different salesperson types, New Sales and Reorder Sales I would like to create record types based on these. New Sales Personnel would have a different group of Pipeline stages than our Reorder Sales people. Is it possible to somehow bcc Zoho on an email sent directly to a lead or prospect and then somehow have the contents of that email be updated automatically within Zoho for the specific lead/prospect? I have used this feature in other systems and could not find any documentation online that suggests the CRD system supports this capability.

Aside from test emails, no other emails being sent from Wordpress site
I have a Wordpress website I'm going to launch soon and the main thing holding it back is no emails being sent from it. I have WP SMTP installed. When I put the required configuration in (pointing to the zoho SMTP address) and perform a test, it works fine. I receive an email to the account I was sending a test email to. Not able to type characters in VirtualBox VM while using Assist
I am connected to a machine using Zoho Assist, and I have a Windows 7 VM up in VirtualBox. Yesterday I was able to type a character into (for example) Notepad, but once I entered that first character, every other character I typed outputted that same first character. Now today I am unable to type in any characters. Everything I type does not output to the screen. I have tried rebooting the VM and also the host machine that I am connecting to.
