How to restrict other user do not quote my customers?
I need not mess with my clients and not traded without my knowledge and permission
Existing Alias
I added an e-mail address alias to my main user account and then I decided I wanted to use that alias as a separate user completely. I cannot find a way to delete an existing alias. Everytime I click on show alias in the control panel that other e-mail address shows up with no way to delete it.
Member account can't read/write or see files in CRM
I have set up a second account in both CRM and Creator to test my combined applications. The second account (Victoria Joe) has standard permissions in CRM and in her profile is a member, but the software ays this is disabled. Basically my user can't access any records in the CRM, they don't exist in any way even though I have assigned contacts to her and while she can read creator records in both the native app and CRM she can not edit them. What am I missing?
My Company Logo has been Replaced by a CRM Plus logo... why?
I'm a CRM plus user and it looks like updates have been done. Before lunch my logo was showing. After lunch my company logo no longer shows on any of the zoho products. In zoho CRM it has been replaced by a "CRM Plus" logo It's highly unprofessional yet not unusual for zoho to roll out defective updates without telling anyone Has this happened to anyone else??
Setup Hotmail Live account in Zoho

Count the number of times a record has been used in a lookup
Hi, Is there a formula that I could use that would allow me to see how many times a record is used via the lookup field? Below is what I'm trying to create in each view. delete account
I would like to change my primary mail but it seems to be so complicated for me. I am thinking about delete my current account and reopen the new one using the same domain that I am using right now. I will not be recommending this service anymore, in fact I am going to be telling people NOT to use the Zoho mail because I keep getting more and more SPAM in my INBOX!!!!!!!!!!!! I tolerated some SPAM although I would almost never see any SPAM in my Gmail INBOX, but it's getting ridiculous, including suspect web development offers from Indian companies!!!! I was never ever getting those in my GmailInbox! I'm looking now for alternative, it's not worth the money or even FREE if I have to keep deleting
Secondary Sorting of Leads ?
Is there a way to add/change the secondary sorting parameter for leads ? For example, we have our lead pool sorted primarily by Lead Status. So our lead lists all "Uncalled" leads at the top, then "No Answers", etc. Say we have 20 uncalled leads at the top of our list. Those uncalled leads don't seem to be sorted in any specific way. Can I add a secondary sorting parameter to make them sorted by time/date, so newest "Uncalled Leads" are at the top?
Email - Check for new Messages, Does not work!
Is there anything that can be done about this? Check for new Messages every 3 5 10 15 20 25 30 45 60 minutes Maximum number of emails per cycle (should be between 20 to 200.) I am not sure if this feature ever worked in Zoho, it seems like we have been manually refreshing to get new emails for as long as we have been using Zoho ( 5 Years ). Any tips on how to improve this. I had it set to 3 minutes and that never worked. Thanks Steve
Can't Receive E-mails, but I can send
I have set the MX Records already, as well as my DNS. I still can't receive any e-mails from anyone. I did use the mxlookup tool, it seems okay, but I can't seem to pinpoint what the problem is. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Not receiving email
Hi I have set up email accounts using zoho mail on our domain bizzbuddy.co.za. I have verified the domain and I have set up the mx records. Yet still no email. I have tested 2 accounts (peter@bizzbuddy.co.za and leon@bizzbuddy.co.za) and sent from 2 different accounts. all the forum responses only cover these 2 points so don't know what else to do.
Email notification
I have a folder for our organization that is shared out to about 8 users. We have one user that we receive Zoho notifications from for check-ins/check-outs. None of the other user accounts send any notifications. I can't seem to find the setting to turn this off for the user whose account is sending out emails.

I can't configure my zoho mail custom domain on Windows 10. It work perfectly on windows 8. But not working on windows 10. So I configure my zohomail using Mozilla Thunderbird. Call Log Activity
9/16/2014 problem in Zoho CRM user's Call log activity is not showing in Accounts or Contacts screens We have multiple users where all logged calls are no longer showing in individual contacts or accounts tab. I am the systems admin an we have NOT changed anything in ZOHO logging a call today is not showing in the Accounts or Contact screens.
Events - When editing the Description, it corrupts the text
We put text in the Description which shows up in the 'canned' template invitation to participants. If we click the 'Edit' link to open up the text window the description text gets corrupted with the "See More" text. Results after clicking the Edit link next to the description (not the Edit button at the top of the page where it should read "and analyze a test...." It is inserting the 'See More'into the body of text. This needs to be fixed like now or yesterday!
Fetching all the modified Notes
Hello. Is there any way of fetching all the modified Notes using API? In "getRecords" method there is a "lastModifiedTime" and this works great for Contacts or Leads, but not for Notes as it's not a module. The only way of fetching Notes I know of is by using the "getRelatedRecords" method but this method must be called for every single Contact and Lead separately in search of modified Notes. This quickly exhausts the API calls limit. If adding a Note to a Contact would change the Contact's modification
Error in dynamic pick list script
I was hoping someone could help debug this for me. I have used a dynamic pick list a couple of times now and it has worked but this one won't - it gives me an 'error occurred while executing on user input script'. So I have a parent form (Equipment1) that has Equipment in it - Type: Cameras, sound gear and lighting. Big Deal Alert Issue
We have the Big Deal Alert set up, but we are unable to get the alerts assigned to the appropriate sales people. (ie: the correct sales person who secured the sale.) Please advise what we might be doing wrong. The manual doesn't appear to cover this. Shanson
Android App: Multiple Notifications
Is there some reason we get a separate notification of each incoming email? The CRM app is creating many notifications and this is not a good practice. There should be one notification with an email count, similar to how Gmail does it.

Android App: Emails Not Updating
The Android app does not check for emails in a timely fashion. The Zoho mail app will not update unless it is manually updated. The Zoho CRM app will not update emails unless a refresh is triggered on the website. Overall, the email functionality of Zoho is lagging far behind what is considered a modern level of service.

Search buttons not working
Hi I've added user filters to my reports but search buttons that appear when I click on those filter columns are not working. As soon as I move the cursor to the search box, the search icon gives way to a 'x' mark and when I type what I would like to look for, just nothing seems to happen. Forbid users changing their name / profile
Hallo, I am a Super Administrator of an organization. Now I am searching for an option that I haven't found yet. I am the one who makes all the user accounts and the names and e-mail addresses that come along with them. I found out that the users can easily change their own name and even e-mail address.
