Downgrading Question
Hi Zoholics, I want to know if downgrading my Zoho mail subscription to standard will affect my Zoho site. I bought a domain thru Zoho. Reason why I'm downgrading, by the way, is I'm okay with the free mail GB at the moment. Thanks in advance for answering my question.
Some of my clients are not receiving my emails
I have sent lots of clients emails via Zoho CRM and lots of them are complaining that they are not receiving them so I end up sending it to them not using zoho, they seem to get these. I have spoken to Zoho Support about this issue loads of times and they say no problem exists and all my emails have been delivered. I understand sometimes email end up in junk mail so may be missed, but this can not be the case for every single one Is anybody else having this problem?

In the customized global search layout- is there a way to add the tag to the view? I am trying to customize by candidate search layout to include the tag that the candidate is associated with.

Scheduling Interviews Across Multiple Timezones
Our company operates across Australia. In summer there are 5 time zones and in winter 3. It ould be great if time zones could be integrated with the scheduling interviews (similar to Google's Calendar does). This will make it far easier for the interviewer and interviewee.

Hi Zoho Recruit- There are wrong emails being parsed and candidates being uploading into the candidates module that shouldn't be. Spell Check Freezing
Good Morning, I am experiencing a problem when I use the spell check when sending emails. The system says' checking' but freezes and does not ever complete the check and identify any errors. Associated reports producing duplicate records
I have been trying to create a report for candidate records that includes note content and associated Job Opening. When I select these elements the report creates duplicate line items for the same candidate. I can not seem to find the correct criteria to produce the correct outcome. Issue sending email to client
When I try to send a candidate to a client, and add 3 additional emails to the CC (which I add by selecting them from the contacts list), I get an error message that says "Please add a valid CC". Why won't this send to the client?

Indeed Integration Buttons Not Working
Currently when trying to Integrate Indeed.com, the final button entitled "Enable Indeed" from within the pop up window, does not work. The pop up window simply disappears and screen remains greyed out. When you return to the integration section, the status has not changed.

Hello, When I started using CRM a couple of months ago, I was able anytime I created a new open activities to send a notification via emails. Since 3 weeks now, even if I tick the option 'send a notification via email' I did not receive any email. Would you please let me know what changed, as I really like and need this option? Re-ordering Tasks doesn't work
The demos show sub-tasks and easy to use drag and drop to re-order and re-assign tasks/sub-tasks but this feature does not work. You can re-order tasks but if you try to re-assign a sub-task to a different main task it doesn't work. Not sure if this is a bug or just doesn't work by default.
Report Options
Is it possible to create a report that shows things like (for a portfolio of projects): 1. Client identifier 2. Project Title 3. Who the PM is 4. project start date 5. est project end date 6. Project health (green, yellow red) 7. and then a text status field If yes, can it be exported to a CSV or Excel format?
