ZOHO CRM reports not working
When I click the reports tab all the reports show up. However, when I click on specific report, it just says "Loading" and it never loads. Please Advise. Thank you.
Need Confirmation (Are You Sure...?) for Mark Task as Complete
Regarding Tasks List, Mark as Complete (between Edit Task and Add Note) on drop-down menu... I very often find myself ACCIDENTALLY closing out Tasks on Task Lists because there's no confirmation (Are You Sure...?) prompting me before I close out a task. CRM Report Not Running / Cannot Customize Either!
A custom report that I run weekly (without problem) will not open this morning. Cannot edit or customize it. No error message -- it just flashes "Loading" for a fraction of a second, then nothing happens. I'm happy to rebuild the report if necessary. Is there any other fix?
URL code isn't working on website
Not receiving the proper url to publish job orders on my website. the code that is being generated has my website domain name as the source instead of the job order from zoho. Its call cause problems with the certificate. google thinks there is a cyber attack.
Emails not recieved from certain senders - completely lost, no bounce
Hi, Since last week, I have had a major issue whereby I am not receiving emails from certain people. I know of at least 2 people who I have spoken to on the phone as I didn't receive emails I was expecting. There could be more, but sadly I have no way of knowing. There is no bounce back sent to the sender, so they assume that I received the email. No settings have changed on my side and no quota issues are present. Hi, How do I associate only specific emails with a potential? Right now it seems the way zoho crm works is once email is setup, if you kick on a potential, you will see every communication between the primary contact and you. What if that primary contact is involved with 3-4 projects. I really don't want to see every email correspondence? Cheers, Michael

CRM not stripping out CSS Styles!
Your CRM strips out CSS styles and you can add inline styles to each HTML element - BUT you cannot ad scalable responsive coding inline and in order for email templates to be mobile friendly, the CRM must have allow this tag! You need to fix this as other CRM like sales force allow this and you want Zoho to be on the cutting edge don't you?

I have started a trial of Zoho because of its alleged integration with Google Apps. So far not very encouraging. I have added Zoho from the Google marketplace and that brought me to the ZOHO UI. Is there any way to associate a contact at a parent account directly with a member account? Use another e-mail as "send from" in leads template
I can only use my registered, personal e-mail as "send from" when sending e-mails to leads. I would need to use the company's "info@" as sender, but I cannot find out how to do this. Can anyone help point me in the right direction here?

BCC Dropbox - Email content cuted off.
Hello, I have been experiencing some troubles with the bcc plugin. Emails conversations are saved correctly and linked correctly to the client with the matching email adresse. Nevertheless, in several cases the content of the emails isn't showed completly. The text is cutted off at some random point and i am unable to read it properly. Batch changing a value
is there a feature that will make me change a value that was entered. I want to remove the caracter # that was entered in a value of field in the task module. Delay in forwarding mail to another email address
Hi there, I'm noticing severe email delays in my emails and they are inconsistent. Sometimes they range from 5mins to 1hr. I've noticed it on 2 of my emails that use the zoho client. I would like to ask you if there is any way to import data in a blank subform. I have the following excel file I created a form with a blank subform like the following (with exactly same field names) then I clicked the Import data (it shows that everything is ok) but in the report shows me 3 empty records. Why this happens? How can I add these 3 records in a blank subform and to show them in a single record in the report (as we know, whatever we add in a blank subform it keeps it as a single record)?

Audit Log not exporting all dates
Hi, I have exported the audit log this morning (11 March) however it is only showing me entries up to the 8 March. The audit log in Zoho is showing entries right up to now so there seems to be a problem with the export. Is this is a bug? Many thanks, Suzanne

I recently switched to an iPhone 5s under iOS 9.2.1 and I noticed that when I'm in apps (for example, Photos) and I try to share content, Zoho Mail is not listed as an app that I can share through. Is there some development that Zoho can do on the iOS app to make it possible to share content?
