Hi all, I have a problem, in a form I have a set of numeric fields that you fill in automatically depending on the choices that you make from the dropdown field.in a numeric field should I get the sum of numeric fields .... How can I do? the formula field does not work and I tried a script but does not return results unless I fill manually, it appears that the AutoFill not possible Add.? Thank you

I have a free mail account with 1 domain. I want to add more domains, therefore I want an upgrade for the same user. Unfortunately when I choose to upgrade for mail, the webapplication says I have to buy at least two user licenses to align with active users in my organization. Though i'm the only active user... What to do?
Can't create groups from email admin console; "Add Group" link broken...
I need to create a group, but I cannot. The link from the administration console isn't working; it does nothing. I was able to delete a group, though. :( The HTML looks empty.

CRM API for Google Drive
Is there an API function that lets me link a document in Google Drive to a Zoho record rather than uploading a copy of the document using the CRM API uploadFile() method? We already use https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/google-apps/attach-from-google-docs.html but want to call this functionality from the API.

How to best create a calendar appointment in Google Calendar or .....?
noob alert: After taking a call and creating a Request (and possibly a new Contact), we then assign that Request to an employee. I think I will then create a Task (or maybe not?) for the employee to contact the customer and schedule a support event. Or sometimes i will assign the Request to the employee and schedule the support event for them. In either case, I would like the event to be on the Google Calendar for my employee. Or perhaps I need to use a Zoho Calendar instead, but then how to synchronize

Profile Images Not Showing In Projects
I can see my own profile image, but I can not see other user's images in my team. At first, it was only new users, but after clearing my cache it turns out to be all users. The same is true when logging into other user accounts. Please advise.

iOS and Android - Subform With Image Workaround??
I have a big problem with my application when it comes down to accessing it from tablets and smartphones. I undertand (I guess) Zoho Creator's current inability to serve up subform data (child records data) to small device users where an image field exists in child subform. Email not always being received from my zoho account.
Most of the emails that I send from my zoho account are received. Sometimes people don't receive emails from me and other people in our business. It shows sent, then eventually we learn that it was never received. How can I be sure clients receive my emails?

Ring Central soft phone not working
I have installed the zoho Phone Bridge for Ring Central. The problem is that it will only ring to a hard phone. I cannot get ring central to ring to my soft phone. How do I get this fixed? I have completely removed the hard phone from the equation logged out and logged completely back in to Ring Central and nothing changes.
Emails not being received?
Hopefully this hasn't been done to death before.......... I have heard from various clients that they aren't receiving the emails I send from Zoho - not great as it's a sales system! Has anyone else experienced this before? And is there any way of requesting a delivery recpeipt or a read receipt? Thanks in advance
Calendar / Contact integration with Android
Hi. Could someone confirm my understanding of the current options for integrating calendars & contacts with Android. 1. The Zoho Mail app is a stand alone app proving no integration with Android. 2. ActiveSync provides integration for both but has numerous limitations such as: Only supporting one calendar. Not supporting contact groups. 3. CalDAV Sync provides integration for all calendars on a per calendar basis. Is there a fully functional alternative that I'm not aware of? Cheers.
