Calendar / Contact integration with Android
Hi. Could someone confirm my understanding of the current options for integrating calendars & contacts with Android. 1. The Zoho Mail app is a stand alone app proving no integration with Android. 2. ActiveSync provides integration for both but has numerous limitations such as: Only supporting one calendar. Not supporting contact groups. 3. CalDAV Sync provides integration for all calendars on a per calendar basis. Is there a fully functional alternative that I'm not aware of? Cheers.

Using Zoho Creator to mirror an existing Web App...
My company already has a bespoke web based workflow app. Customers fill in details on our website and progress through various qualifying stages towards gaining a final certificate. I would like to use Zoho Creator to siphon off some of the data that they are entering for separate analysis. In other words, when a customer fills in a form on our website the data will be entered into two systems - the existing bespoke web app and a new "mirrored" Zoho Creator app that I want to build. input data into url field
Hello. I want to add a url link to a record so my clients can click and open another webpage and view relevant data. The webpage I want to direct them to has the same basic url with a unique 4 digit file number for each set of records. So let say the url to be used is "www.myrecords.com/file=". I then need to add "#3245" as the unique file# to give a link of www.myrecords.com/file=#3245" and add the url link name "Click for records". So I add a url field with link name option selected. Calendar entries are deleted when I tap on them on andriod phone

Receiving Bounced Emails which I never sent
Hello, My email is nisar@gmc.co.in which is configured through zoho (plus 3 other emails for same domain). On my email nisar@gmc.co.in, I am receiving a lot of bounced emails, the funny part is I never sent these emails. The quantity is sometimes in thousands of emails being downloaded. I have changed my password too, but still getting those messages continuously since last 1 month or so. Please can any one help me with this, or I have to close down my email is the only solution. Is it possible to share reminders (To Do lists)
I have set up my zoho mail using exchange on my iPhone and it gives me a reminder list (to do list). I can share my iCloud reminder list using icloud.com or the reminders app on my Mac, but is there anyway I could share my zoho reminders?

Personal certificate invalid on ActiveSync
Dear support. I'm using personal certificate sign for my emails and recently I discovered, that emails sended from my iOS Mail app over msync.zoho.com have problems with certificate. I did little investigating over this and found, that this happend only over ActiveSync protocol. When I set up my account on iPhone again over IMAP, certificat is OK. But IMAP doesn't support PUSH on iOS so it's not usable for me. Can you please look at this protocol, if there is some manipulating when message is sending

No support for array in Reply-To ...?
Hi, I create system where my Reply-To field in mails header is different than 'From' field. It contains an array with few mails. So when i click 'Reply to All' it should use all mails from array, but Zoho takes only first one. It does work properly on gmail though. I use Swift Mailer to send mails form the server and i set up ReplyTo field with ->setReplyTo($mailArray) Can you give me any tips how to solve this problem? cheers Peter

Some Account Names not syncing from Zoho CRM to Zoho Reports
Out of about 1200 accounts in my CRM, there are maybe a dozen account names that do not seem to sync to Zoho Reports. I can't figure out what these names might have in common that is causing them not to sync. A couple are just three letters, and a some are more than 30 or 40 characters. But I also have some three-letter accounts that DO sync over and longer names that do sync over. Data from the unsynced account names DOES come over, but it just shows as "No Value" in my reports. Very frustrating.

Campaign emails being received in Junk
I have done a couple of test campaigns and each time the emails are received in the Junk email box. What can I do to ensure my campaigns don't end up in Junk? I have followed the email tips & tricks to avoid this happening so I don't know what steps to take next. Thanks Kirstie
Customer payments
Hi, Can you please explain how to journal a payment from one customer account to another. I have allocated a payment and matched it up on my January bank reconciliation and closed off the period. So the payment went to Customer A's account and cleared invoice 1. But the payment should have went to Customer B's account and cleared invoice 2. Both invoices were for the exact same amount.

Hi, since last week I always have to refresh my browser window to receive mails. If I do so mails drop in slowly. Without the refresh Zoho doesn´t collect and show new Mails from my accounts. The Zoho Android App doesn´t receive emails at all whatever I do. Is there a problem with my account or are you still facing technical issues?

Inbound email not working from external domains

I am evaluation Zoho crm. I have about 60 contacts saved, but on my mobile app, only 17 show up in google maps, and sometimes only 2 I've got all pertinent info saved, address including zip. what can I be doing wrong?

Hello- we just purchased Zoho the enterprise version, for some reason I cannot find how to add/import a task. I have looked at the online documentation and there should be something call task under the dashboard icon but I do not see that as the admin. Under dashboard I have defect (bug) then milestones. email groups users
I've set up a Mail Group "Bookings" with multiple users and I need all users to see what action has been taken (could be Tags, Flags etc) I also need all users to be able to read replies to the sender. The main issue is I don't want a group member taking some action or replying when it is already done. I can't work out how to achieve this. Thanks

Cannot get export permissions
Hi I have just started using Zoho, and am unable to export report data. I am the Administrator so according to the online help should have access to all permission options on the Standard service. I work on my own, but still need to produce reports. Please help!
