ZOHO support API, Unable to search records
Hi, I have managed to connect to the API successfully using authtoken. I see all the content as required, but I am not able to search the records based on the fields as suggested here. Fields with dynamic lookups not working in reports
I have a simple Region - Country lookup working in forms, whereby the selected Geographic region filters down the list of Countries. This works fine in forms, but not in reports. If a report is displayed in List View, everything is fine. However, in Spreadsheet or Grid view, the Country field is blank. The dynamic lookup also does not work there. The list of Countries is empty.
Sometimes don't receive emails
I just switched over to Zoho and I'm still not getting all my emails. I can send and do receive some but I've had customers forward emails to me that they've sent but I haven't gotten. I need this resolved, my business relies mostly on email orders!

How to make a task or event fully private
Hi, I would like to be able to add a task, note or event, that only can be viewed by myself only. I would like to note personal stuff into ZOHO CRM that is strictly visible for my eyes only. I don't want a boss nor a colleague have any way to see this info. Is there an option in the Calendar view to show the time of each event? I just checked with Google Calendar and the Outlook Calendar and both show the event time when using the month view.

Hi, I'm trying to setup my email, which is my own domain, hosted elsewhere. (names.co.uk) I think I have managed to get it to Zoho mail, as I can access it on webmail, however I am having absolutely no luck getting my windows 10 generic mail app to access my mail via imap. I have tried both Zoho and namesco imap settings just in case, but neither work. I'm not sure what my username is - is it just my email address, or is it my domain? Just confused :( Could anyone point me in the right direction?

Hello, I'm interested in using autoresponders. Basically someone comes in and then are called to discuss their needs. If we get in touch, we wouldn't want the autoresponder to send anything. If we don't get in touch, we would want the autoresponder to send emails on a frequent basis until we did reach them. Is this possible based upon 'views' in the CRM syncing to the Campaigns module? Hi, am having an issue with Outlook 2016 where outlook will mark a message as unread even though I have viewed it a few seconds ago and had it change to read. IMAP from a Zoho Mail Account I have tried setting the reading pane to mark as read at 0 seconds, 1 second or when I move to the next item with no difference in behavior. Duplication \ Creating a new form on user demand
Hi Zoho Team, I need to give the user an option to create a new form (and report), based on a template. After the user enters the number of items in the project, I need Zoho to duplicate a form (currently hidden) the number of times the user entered (5 items = need 5 copies of the template form, with a report for each). The user also enter a name for each item, and I need the new copies of the form to have the name the user entered as "item form - name1" "item form - name2" etc... How can I do this?
