Delivery error for parent domain
Hello, I have registered Zoho Mail with subdomain.domain.com. When I try to send an email to domain.com, I get a Mailer Daemon error message: INVALID_ADDRESS, ERROR_CODE :554, ERROR_CODE :5.7.1 It looks like if Zoho would not allow email to be routed out to the parent domain. Any idea what is wrong with my configuration? Best

Report Builder: Section Border lines broken
I really like the Report Builder for generating organized reports. However, I am frustrated that I am having problems with using a border around sections. When displayed in the browser it looks fine with neat lines around each section. But when I go to print or save as PDF the lines are sometimes broken or have an inconsistent thickness in certain places. It seems wherever I have a label on the left with a white background it somehow interferes with the borderline which is supposed to go around it.
Does zoho mail even use its whitelist?
I have several email addresses that are persistently going to my spam folder regardless of me whitelisting both the email address and the domain name. I have read replies on here that say I should forward those headers to zoho staff to find out why they are being blacklisted. This is ridiculous, I have at least half a dozen cases of this and better things to do with my time. Migration Tool record update problem
Hi, I'm using the Migration Tool to update records in my Creator application. The upload worked, with a success notification. However, when I log into the application and look at a Creator report listing those columns, the data has not been updated. What am I missing?

Sendmail doesn't work for certain domains?
I have a Sendmail statement at the end of an onClick action of a button on a stateless form. I have found when testing the system that when the email address is a gmail account, the email arrives as expected. But when I send emails to addresses in our own domain (eg. bob@mydomain.com) they disappear - no errors, no spam, not caught in the email filter. They just vanish. Any ideas about potential causes? Hey, Is there a way to shorten URL's within Zoho CRM? Alternatively, any integration that might do so ? I configured Zoho CRM to generate specific URL's based on some specific fields from my leads. Hello, I signed up for Zoho just over a week ago and I'm not receiving or sending all emails. I have no idea which one's have been sent or what I've missed as there is no notification. I have an online email form at my website and I'm not receiving any emails from there even though I was at the GoDaddy server. Hi all, When sending mails from ZohoCRM to a Gmail account, we get "via sender.zohocrm.com" appearing at the top of the message. I've included sender.zohocrm.com to our spf record (include:sender.zohocrm.com) but we still see the "via sender.zohocrm.com" message. Examining the header, it looks as though the messages are being signed with a DKIM signature. As far as I can understand, this means Gmail will always consider the message as being from sender.zohocrm.com, regardless of spf settings. That

I just signed up for a free account that allows me to have up to 25 users. I read elsewhere in the forums that 30 e-mail aliases are allowed. Is that 30 aliases per user, or 30 aliases shared amongst all users (ie. user1 has 5, user2 has 10, user3 has 15 and user4 gets none)?

Email retrieving is very slow
Hi, it's very frustrating working Zoho Mail because emails are retrieved even after 6 hours. I used Zoho Mail since 2012 but in the last 3 months it become very unusable. The same emails are retreived perfectly on time with other mail clients, so it doesn't depend on my POP3 server. Please can you give me a definitive solution otherwise I have to leave Zoho mail. Hi, Yesterday I set up the Zoho mail and was able to send emails through SMTP with Outlook. Today I'm unable to send emails with my phone (android 5.0). The settings are correct in the phone as I do not get any authentication error messages during the configuration. The MX records are set correctly for my domain. Any idea to what might be the cause? I got a Zoho's support e-mail because I had a question about how to stop using google account to login. And they sent me this email change the primary email ..... I went there and deleted .... now gone my email and my domain was already checked !!!!!
