I have a couple of questions. Will SMS work with CRM? If not, what is required? Are Zoho SMS communications HIPAA compliant?

Email being sent through Zoho to any account being hosted at Network Solutions is being blocked, AGAIN, by Network Solutions as possible SPAM/VIRUS content. This is the fifth time in seven months. Does Zoho really have this bad of a reputation? Do we need to take our services elsewhere to do business? Please fix this issue with Network Solutions ASAP. Thank you!

Change Category in Attendance

Problem with mpp file import
Hello, i've been having an issue while trying to import a project file. I'm not sure exactly where the problem lies so let me describe in detail. 1. Using OpenProj tool i created a project document with a gantt chart. 2. I saved the document as "Microsoft Project Document 2003" format, which OpenProj saves with the .xml extension. I rename the file to .mpp extension. 3. Tried to import that document into Zoho projects 4. Then i get the following error message: Import Microsoft Project Plan(MPP/MPX)
New Zoho Recruit SMS....Unable to Edit the template now??
Here is yet another issue with a feature we used to have but now has been taken away. For some reason, when I pulled up my list of candidates and I was getting ready to send an SMS to about 90 of them, I was taken to a screen where it appears that you can ONLY pick a template to send via SMS and I CAN NOT edit the template. Why??? We used to be able to use the templates AND edit them as needed which only makes since since certain things do not fit neatly into a template. PLEASE PLEASE change
Problem with Subscribe in Campaigns
Someone who read my Campaign email tried to subscribe but couldn't get it to work. When I tried a test I also had a problem. I type in information in each of the fields but when I click on "join" nothing happens. When I click on "join" a second time it says "Please correct the marked field(s) below" and highlights the captcha field. But the information in the captcha field was correct and if I try to retype it I get the same message. Any ideas? Thanks. Sam
SMS Button not working on New Zoho Recruit
Hi, another problem report for Zoho Recruit. When I'm in a candidate profile and click the send SMS button, its not working. Nothing pops up anywhere. I now cant send SMS as I had before. How do we fix this?
Gantt Charts filtered by Date
Hi, I am wondering if there is a way to filter the Gannt chart view by date in Zoho Projects. We do not have the Enterprise edition at this time. For example, we are wanting to see a 3 week look ahead by project, so we want to filter for 2/25/2016 to 3/17/2016. Also, we have Zoho Reports so we were wondering if there is any way to build out a Gantt chart there. Would we be able to filter these Gantt charts by date if we had enterprise edition? Calendar Events arent loading
My calendar events aren't loading, will not open and stay marked as unread. I have resorted to deleting them to remove them from my inbox. Also, my calendar gives me a error message when I attempt to open it. What can be done to resolve this?

iPhone app doesn't match up with setup
So I went to answer a ticket via the app last night and found out that even though I have everything configured so that messages are sent as from support@mysite.com, the app reverts to support@mysite.zohosupport.com as the From and CC. If this is how it actually sends things, this pretty much makes the app completely useless to me. I guess I'll test it out with a test ticket to find out if that's just what the app says and then it actually does something different. Either way, it's a bug.

New Zoho Recruit Calendar
I am wondering where calendar has gone in the new zoho recruit ? I also note that when an event or scheduled call is loaded this does not show up on my Zoho recruit calendar. Also when I load a task this does not load up on my old zoho recruit tasks. Is there a setting I need to change as I need to be able to have these items show up on the appropriate calendar.. automatic data switch to english when sending a campaign
My account is set up in French. When I send a campaign, Zoho automatically add text at the beginning and at the end. Hello Beta Testers
I feel we customers of ZR are nothing but beta testers for this new platform. I find all the time issues to be changed and corrected. Some of them are bugs, some just bad architecture and stupid development. Some can be fixed but I feel it is not my job to configure the system to work as what it is meant to be. I have spent a lot of time trying to find a good way to configure the fields and processes to make it work a good way for a recruiter like me. Too much trouble. Now I don´t know what to do.

Tighter integration between zCRM and zSUPPORT ???
Are there any plans to have better integration between crm and support? We use CrmPlus and have access to the dedicated zoho support add-on but due to poor integration we use CRM cases. We will eventually need to move to a dedicated support portal but with the current setup this will mean migrating totally to another provider. I'd appreciate any info on future integrations between the two.

Zoho CRM stuck on "Please Wait" message right after login
Hello, Since this morning (France timezone), my Zoho CRM account is stuck immediately after login on a "Please Wait" message ("Veuillez patienter SVP...", since my language is set to French). I want to revert to the old format.
I have emailed you about several problems with the new format and have not received a reply. Now all the resumes attached to candidates files have disappeared. I would like to revert to the old format. I have had nothing but trouble with the new format. It time consuming and taking me away from my work.
