CRM mobile tasks not syncing properly
i have many tasks that show up in my iPhone app for Zoho CRM as not completed (e.g. not started, or in progress), yet they have all be correctly marked as complete in my online CRM instance. how do i clear out all these old tasks from my CRM mobile app? yes, I know that i can open each of them in mobile and mark them as completed, but there are hundreds! besides this will over-write the correct completion date which is already in the online version for these tasks. note, the problem may be related

Simple Request for WYSIWYG editor

Add a WYSIWG description for task?
Brand new Zoho Projects user here. Am I missing something or is there no way to add a description to a task? I'm trialling Zoho Projects coming straight from Wrike, where you can add a WYSIWYG description for every task, so it seems very odd that I can't do this in Zoho. Zoho Cases Vs. Zoho Support Add On
We are a growing tech company and need to figure out the best practice of tracking our client issues and problems. We were using Cases but feel as thought the support module/addon may be a better fit. However, having to run the import (and it doesn't fresh immediately) and seeing that it isn't integrated into Zoho CRM (and is instead separate) is worrysome. Renaming survey response with a field from the survey form upon export
Is it possible as I export a submission for it to save the survey name based on a field in the survey? Ideal for me would be if I could export multiple submissions from a survey form and they save by the name field of the submission onto my computer once I export. Then instead of Report 1, Report 2, etc. I would have Report - Joe Smith, Report - {First Name} {Last name}, etc. Is there an option for that like a mail merge that could catch that field in the survey name upon exporting? Help with changing ADMIN
Support is not responsive. We have 1 admin for Surveys and he is no longer with the company. we are able to login into his account but there is no option to change anyone else to an admin. I am the super admin of the entire ZOHO installl, no option to change admin. Support has been asked 4 times to fix, no phone number to speak to anyone. Anyone help?

Error when trying to accept payment
Someone paid me via STRIPE and that amount now shows in my undeposited funds account like the rest have (but from paypal, etc). When I try to record and move the payment but add the 52 cent fee, I do that and clikc on save and I get the following error message: Bank charges are applied. Please select a bank account. For some reason there is NOT a selection or drop down etc to put what account I want the 52 cents to be added to like it had for the others. Has anyone else run into this? What am I missing
