Invalid Payment Gateway (in hosted page)
Hello there, We just created a LIVE organization configured with 2checkout as the payment gateway, but when we try create a subscription through the Hosted Page, it says: "Invalid Payment Gateway" How can i specify the payment gateway to use for the hosted page? Its not listed in API parameters. How does this work?

licence for executing Schedules
Hi, Is it correct that schedules can only be executed on the paying version of zoho ? It is a little bit confusing as for other functions (eg sub forms) it clearly indicates this functionality is not available for the free version. However you can save schedules with no warning, they just don't run. Thanks

Invoice templatre - Terms & Conditions on backside of the page
Hi, I'm trying to use one of the invoice templates from the gallery. I would like to always print the "Terms & Conditions" on the backside of the invoice. How is this done ? Can I insert a page break somewhere or any other trick ? In the past I used the "HTML editor" to create templates unfortunately this option has ben removed, it made Zoho invoice stand out from the competition. Best regards, Francis
Outgoing emails - Operation permitted for paid user(s) only.
We recently set up Zoho to try it out, and today we sent an email to all of our customers to advise them of our new email address. unfortunately we didn't realise there was a recipient limit on the outgoing email server, so outgoing has been blocked for one user, and when admin logs in and tries to unblock it we get the error Operation permitted for paid user(s) only. What do we need to do to rectify this ?

Hello. I have a form to introduce orders from clients. The form have a lot of fields. I would like to have a button in each record of a list report to create a greeting card based only on two field from the form. The greeting card will have a JPG image background and the two fields have to be placed over the image. The font properties should be able to be modified. Mail forwarding not working
I have my mail set to forward to my main account (a gmail account) and all has been working well until yesterday evening. I haven't changed any of the settings, but I'm now receiving Mail Forward Failure messages from the mailer daemon. Unfortunately, technical details of the failure are "null" so I'm unable to determine what the problem might be. Please help!

Importing bank statements into Zoho books vs Bank feeds
I have tried many times going step by step from the instructions and just changing this and that and i cant seem to get my imports to match when imported if it gets that far. I bank with CBA and the feeds seem to be the only way I can use it in books, however add & match is confusing and when an import makes it into books i am then left with double ups... There must be an easier way since it looks so easy... Also how can you delete already imported and bank feeds so I can start over???

How to have different branded invoices
Hi, We have are a company that owns/runs several boutique resorts, and the location of each resort needs to be on the customer invoice as the company address. One resort even has its own logo - we bought the the resort a year ago and will keep the original logo for another year until we can phase it out. How can i create an invoice template for each resort with different address and different logo, that can be selected by the sales people depending on the resort they are making the booking for? Hi, Is there a way to include in a form a tool allowing the user to edit (directly from within the form) the choices available in a list (drop menu, check box...) to either add an option or change the options listed? If not, is there a way to add (next to the concerned field) a "button" or hyperlink pointing to a page where the user can edit the values available in the list? The "Allow other choice" option is NOT an option as this only allows the user to add a value not in the list for this one

Hi, There is an option under reports criteria to get selective data presentation, this is the option : Added_User equals to zoho.loginuser But then it's only possible to show the customers data after has done his data entry. Other options to add participants to event?
I have an event that I want to add specific participants to. It would be much easier to select the specific contacts from the contact list and then use an 'add as participant' option if it existed where I cold select the event. The current add participants is very limited or difficult as you either have to search thru numbers contacts (time consuming and not efficient), or you have to attempt to create a contact list in advance (which in this case is also difficult as there isnt any 'matching' info

Hi, I just set up my email with you through my squarespace website domian www.jonnylewisfilms.com. I think I did everything correctly, although it's rather complex. I did a text email from info@jonnylewisfilms.com to my personal iCloud account and it worked. I then replied from my iCloud email to info@jonnylewisfilms.com but I have not received a message.
