Hi, I just set up my email with you through my squarespace website domian www.jonnylewisfilms.com. I think I did everything correctly, although it's rather complex. I did a text email from info@jonnylewisfilms.com to my personal iCloud account and it worked. I then replied from my iCloud email to info@jonnylewisfilms.com but I have not received a message. Selecting the fields to show in the FEED
There is anyway in FEED to chenge the FIELDS that can be show. When we put a new LEAD and we have the name of the company but not yet the name of the person to contact in the FEEDS (and leads list by the way) only shows the name of the person since we dont have there the name of the person its very hard to know what that lead belong.
Forcing formula fields to calculate for existing records
The formula building interface is very clear that any new formula fields will not be applied to existing records, but is there a way to force it to do so? If not, will there be any issue if we export the existing records to excel, execute the formula in excel and then import with the appropriate field content?

Hello guys, how are you? I have been working in my aplication, and some errors appeared for me, actually I did not understand the reason. In my local machine, the PHPMailer works perfectly with zoho, when I put all my codes in the server (virtual machine from google), I can not send an e-mail. The mistake is time out, and can't connect with zoho. Is there the possibility the firewall from zoho is blocking the server from google? Any suggestion? how do i limit email loaded into zoho to ONLY leads customers clients potentials?
I have over 28,250 emails in zoho and none of the emails I trade with customers can be loaded in due to my account being over full. 90% of those emails are not related to any customer, client, potential, account, they were addressed to me or were addressed to someone not in my lead/customer/client base. Help finding the Control Panel/Adding Users
I'm having such a hard time. I have a free Zoho mail account. I am logged in as the Super admin. I have user accounts that I want to add. Currently, all the the email accounts are separated and I just want everyone connected. Every resource says you can change/add people in the Control panel. I have scoured to find this control panel. I even tried links in past posts to reach it and they didnt work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have the BCC dropbox function set up on my Exchange server so that it bcc's a copy of the email both sent by and sent to a certain user set up in Zoho. I see the emails being logged under a test person "Lead" but not yet in a test person "Contact." I assume there is a delay. But should I assume that these emails will show there the same way they do under leads? I'm used to working with another CRM which just has Contacts not separated from Leads. Hello, I am trialling Zoho for a charity that I do some fundraising for. I am looking to insert a drop down field for some of the fields that I have created. Examples would be Year entered university (drop down of 100 years) or Position held within club (Club Captain, Club Secretary held) Is this available in the free version? Dear All, I am trying to be familiar with the new Mail version. I think that there is a problem or bug from your end. I have shared a folder from a company's mail account with me giving Read/Write permissions. I received an email for change, I clicked accept and it showed me the shared folder under the 'Shared with me' without problems. But when I click refresh the page then the shared folder is missed. Hi When selecting Accounts Near Me, my location in the UK is shown correctly but no accounts are shown on the map even though lots exist within the radius selected. Feature request: default value in Lookup fields
I would like to be able to give a lookup field a default value, so that the user can tab straight over it if the default is correct. This is particularly important when there is only one value to select from. As it currently is, it is clumsy: the user has to click the down arrow and select the only value, which is two unnecessary mouse clicks.
