Is there a way to set it up so when an email is sent from my zoho account it will automatically cc other email addresses? Or will that need to be manually put in every time? I want it so when an email is sent it automatically cc's other users. ZoHo CRM is always being updated with data required by a remote sales team, this data is real-time in ZoHo CRM. Whilst the dashboards in ZoHo CRM meet basic requirements, ZoHo Reports add that additional layer of information representation.
