Importing Purchase Orders in Zoho CRM
Hello!
I'm trying to import Purchase Orders in my Zoho CRM from a csv template using the Data Migration Import tool. (Selecting Zoho CRM migration).
I've read the documentation and some other posts in here about the formatting and how you need to import the Purchase Items (Subform) before importing the Purchase Order, but i had no success... Note that i mapped the Id's of the products, accounts and every mandatory field needed in the document.
I encountered an error after mapping my fields. It said "Sorry, we were unable to process your request. Please contact us for assistance." I have attached the print from this message
There are some points that i do not understand, such as:
- Why do i need to input the Purchase Order ID for a Purchase Order that i have not yet created? I need to input this ID in the Purchase Items csv too... I tried to use the ID of an existing Purchase Order in my CRM as reference, but to no success. (I'm essentialy trying to create a new Purchase Order with the data from a csv)
- What is the correct format of the Id's that i need to input in my csv? I've seen on the documentation (link below) some examples of ids starting with zcrm_(id), tried this way and just the id number too but had no success...

Should i approach this problem differently? The error message appears right after i click on "save and next" after mapping the fields.
