We are excited to announce the Docusign integration in Zoho Contracts, enabling you to securely send contracts for electronic signatures and manage the signature process as part of your contract workflow.
With the Docusign integration, you can connect your Docusign account with Zoho Contracts and use Docusign to send your contracts for electronic signatures.
What This Integration Brings
The Docusign integration connects the contract management and e-signature workflow, allowing you to initiate the signing process from Zoho Contracts and complete the signing experience through Docusign.
Once you send a contract for signature, you can configure the signing experience in Docusign, while Zoho Contracts keeps the contract and its signature activity connected to the corresponding contract record.
How Does It Work?
After connecting your Docusign account, you can send negotiated contracts for signature directly from Zoho Contracts. You will be redirected to the Docusign interface, where you can configure the signing details before sending the contract to the recipients.
Here is a quick look at what you can do:
- Administrators can connect their Docusign account and grant Docusign access to Zoho Contracts.
- Add organization representatives, counterparty representatives, or other representatives as signers or recipients for the contract.
- When you send a contract for signature, you will be redirected to Docusign. You can configure options such as signing order, signer authentication, private messages, reminders, and expiration directly in Docusign.
- In the Docusign interface, select each recipient and add the required signature and other fields to the appropriate locations in the document before sending it for signature.
- Signers can access the contract through the email sent by Docusign, complete any enabled verification, fill in the required fields, and finish signing the contract.
- View the signature activity associated with your contract, including when the signer receives and views the email, signs the contract, or declines the signature request.
- Recall a pending signature request when necessary. If a signature request expires, you can also extend its expiry date and send the contract for signature again.

With Docusign handling the electronic signature process and Zoho Contracts maintaining the contract record and signature activity, you can keep the signing stage connected to the rest of your contract lifecycle.
