Hello everyone,
We are pleased to announce that Zoho Campaigns is now available in Zoho MCP. You can now connect your Zoho Campaigns organization to AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot in VS Code, and Cursor, and manage your email marketing by asking for what you need in plain language.
There is nothing to turn on inside Zoho Campaigns. You create a server in Zoho MCP, add the Zoho Campaigns tools you need, and connect the server to your AI tool. From that point on, your AI tool can find information, make changes, and analyze results in your Zoho Campaigns organization, within the permissions you already have.
Note: The Zoho Campaigns MCP server works with both Zoho Campaigns 2.0 and 3.0. Some tools are available only in Zoho Campaigns 3.0.
A quick word on MCP
Model Context Protocol (MCP) is an open standard that lets AI tools connect to other apps and work with their data. Zoho MCP lets you create and host your own MCP servers for Zoho apps without writing code. To learn more, see the Zoho MCP help documentation.
What you can do with the Zoho Campaigns MCP server
The server gives your AI tool 80+ tools across 11 categories (in Campaigns 3.0), from email campaigns and reports to contacts, segments, and webhooks. You decide which tools each server can use. With these tools, your AI tool can help you:
Create and manage email campaigns: Create, edit, copy, schedule, pause, and send campaigns, and send test emails before they go out.
Analyze campaign performance: Read campaign reports, compare campaigns with each other, and explain why a campaign underperformed and what to change next time.
Manage your audience: Create and update contacts, mailing lists, tags, and topics, and build segments from your own criteria.
Maintain your account setup: Manage custom contact fields and webhooks, and work across the organizations and workspaces you have access to.
Why use the Zoho Campaigns MCP server
Work from one place. Without MCP, getting help from an AI tool means exporting a report, pasting it into the AI tool, and copying its suggestions back into Zoho Campaigns by hand. With MCP, you ask once, and the AI tool reads the data it needs and makes the change when you confirm.
Get answers, not just numbers. Ask why a campaign did not perform as expected, and the AI tool compares it with your other campaigns and suggests specific improvements, such as a shorter subject line or a better send time.
Stay in control. Every request runs with the Zoho Campaigns permissions of the account that authorized it, so the AI tool cannot do anything you could not do yourself. You also choose exactly which tools each server includes.
Use the AI tool you prefer. The same server works with any AI tool that supports MCP. You can also create as many servers as you need, each set up for a different job.
No extra cost. Zoho MCP is free, and requests count toward your existing Zoho Campaigns API limits.
Sample prompts
Here are a few prompts to try once your server is connected. Change the names, dates, and numbers to match your account.
Everyday tasks
"Show me the email campaigns I created recently and tell me which ones are currently scheduled."
"Create a segment of contacts who haven't opened any email in the last 60 days."
"Schedule my 'VIP October Campaign' for tomorrow at 10 AM."

Multi-step requests
Tip: For requests that create, change, delete, or send, ask your AI tool to show you a summary and wait for your confirmation before it acts.
