We’re excited to share a few updates for Zoho Meeting. Here's what we've been working on lately:  Introducing Zoho Meeting Rooms, an immersive solution for teams to connect over virtual meetings in video conference rooms. You can also pin up to eight video feeds and configure custom from and reply-to email addresses for invitations and other messages related to your meetings and webinars.

Zoho Meeting Rooms:  We've introduced an immersive and hands-free solution for teams to connect over virtual meetings in video conference rooms. Zoho Meeting Rooms integrates seamlessly with your conference room displays, providing a high-quality meeting experience. You can create and manage multiple meeting rooms, and connect those with the rooms controller instantly. And while scheduling a meeting, you can quickly associate an available meeting room for the session. Learn more.

Pin video: With the new Pin feature in Zoho Meeting, you can pin up to 8 video feeds and customize your layout so that the important speakers are always heard on your online meetings. By pinning, you can bring the video feeds of specific participants into focus, regardless of who's currently speaking, and have a customized collaborative experience like never before. Learn more.


Project Question : You can project a question during live webinar to ensure that everyone in your webinar will view that particular question in a more prominent way on their screens.  Learn more.

EnhancementS
Advanced control over session recordings: Our latest update gives organization admins more control over meeting and webinar recordings. Organization admins can now enforce auto-recording for sessions, and prevent hosts from accessing, sharing, downloading, and even deleting session recordings.

Custom sender and reply-to email addresses: You can now configure the sender and reply-to email addresses for your meeting invitations and follow-up reminders. While configuring, you can replace the default email address with either the meeting host's email address or a custom email address.

                                                              Hello Everyone, For those who waited for the integration of Zoho Meeting with Zoho One, here is the good news. The integration has been completed and you can now add the Zoho Meeting application in your Zoho One portal. Edition included in Zoho One License You will get Enterprise plan of Zoho Meeting, using which you can host online meetings with up to 100 participants and webinars with up to 100 attendees.
