Zoho Mail
Introducing Zoho Mail MCP - Manage your inbox using AI agents
With Zoho Mail MCP, you can now manage your inbox using AI agents through prompts. Zoho Mail functions are exposed as MCP tools, to perform email and administrative tasks through MCP-compatible clients without opening the Mail application. Enter simple prompts for a single action or a sequence of tasks, and AI agents will execute them accurately and securely using OAuth 2.0 authentication on your behalf.
Generate Out-of-office email content with AI
Creating an Out-of-Office message is now easier with Zia AI. Just provide a prompt, and Zoho Mail's AI will instantly generate a well-crafted message suitable to your requirements.
Filter Enhancements
- Show Matching Filters – When Show Matching filters option is enabled while creating a filter from email preview, this option displays any existing filters whose conditions match the new filter criteria, helping you avoid creating duplicate or overlapping filters.
- Smart Filter Preview – You can now preview Smart Filters in a read-only view, allowing you to view the filter name, conditions, and associated actions without making any changes.
Copy and Move tasks in ToDo
You can now Copy tasks to create duplicates of existing tasks and Move tasks to a different list or location with ease. This makes it simpler to reuse tasks, reorganize your task lists, and manage your work more efficiently without having to recreate or manually rearrange tasks.
Streams Enhancements
- The message editor in Streams has been enhanced with additional formatting options, including font size and line spacing.
- Streams settings have been revamped for an improved user experience.
View Delivery Status and Recall emails for Delegated accounts
View the delivery status of sent emails and also recall emails sent from delegated accounts directly from the Sent folder.
Subtasks UI Enhancement
UI for subtasks has been enhanced with additional options to add, generate, and manage subtasks more efficiently.
Chinese language support
Support for Traditional Chinese is now available, allowing you to access and use Zoho Mail in your preferred language for a more localized experience.
Account Recovery via IAM Push Notifications
Account recovery can now be completed using IAM (Identity and Access Management) push notifications. You can instantly verify your identity and recover your accounts through a secure, seamless approval process without requiring additional verification steps.
Content Generation and Summarization with AI
You can now use Zia AI to Generate content and Summarize emails when BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) is enabled for your account. This allows you to use AI-powered assistance while maintaining control over your account encryption.
Support for Classification Labels
Classification Labels are now supported, allowing admins to categorize, manage, and enforce restrictions on confidential email data based on organizational policies. Classification labels can be viewed and applied directly from both the Compose window and the Mail Preview pane.
Detailed Spam Alerts
Detailed spam alerts are now displayed for suspicious emails in the Mail Preview pane. These alerts provide additional information about potential risks, helping you identify and handle suspicious emails more securely.
Enhanced Sender actions
You can now block or trust senders, unblock previously blocked senders, and report phishing emails directly from the email preview pane. These options provide greater control over your inbox and help you manage unwanted or suspicious emails more effectively.
Reorder alerts to match your priority
Once created, incoming and outgoing smart alerts can be reordered to match your requirements. Alerts are prioritized by position; the first alert (priority 1) takes precedence over those listed below it.
Assign admin roles at the time of user creation
Super admins can now set a new user's role, either user or admin, while adding a user. This eliminates the need to assign roles separately at a later stage.
Limit room booking access during room setup
When adding a room to a location or building, you can now set booking access to all users or selected org users. By default, booking access is granted to all administrators.
Suppress notification emails during group cloud service import
Search quarantined emails with multiple criteria
You can now search incoming and outgoing quarantined emails using multiple criteria simultaneously, making the process faster and more accurate. By default, the entire message is searched.

Taking time away from work? Use Out of office to mark your unavailability, automatically decline event invitations, and notify organizers with a custom message. The ClickUp extension now offers deeper integration and smarter collaboration within Zoho Cliq.
- Enhanced widget support with Goals, Targets, and Dashboards.
- Added support for threaded notifications.

- Added an Add Comment message action for faster task collaboration.
Zoho Connect
Enhanced group permissions
Group admins now have more control over what different roles can do within a group, from creating posts and tasks to managing files, integrations, broadcasts, and more. This helps keep each group aligned with its purpose.
Improved network storage management
Network admins can now view storage usage more clearly, filter and sort files, download required data, delete unnecessary files, and track actions through audit logs. Managing network storage is now easier and more transparent.

Connect Zoho Sheet with Zoho MCP to allow AI assistants to securely access and interact with your spreadsheet data. Create a new spreadsheet, update the records of a table, summarize, or fetch data via an AI-powered interface.
Zoho Meeting
Introducing AI-powered recordings for your meetings
Attendees can now revisit key moments instantly with AI-powered summaries, transcripts, chapters, and quick highlights generated automatically from your meeting recordings.
Zoho Vault
Password assessment
Assess the strength of passwords saved in the Zoho Vault browser extension, get a detailed breakdown of weak, reused, and compromised credentials, and take immediate action to strengthen your overall password security.
"Owned by Me" filter
Quickly search passwords and records you own using the new "Owned by Me" filter in the Zoho Vault browser extension, reducing clutter when managing large shared environments.
Disable file attachments
Administrators can now disable file attachment uploads to the Zoho Vault browser extension, providing granular control over attachment permissions across users or groups.
Support for the UAE data center
Zoho Vault is now available in the UAE data center, enabling organizations in the region to store and manage their confidential information with data residency compliance.
