Welcome to the August 2026 edition of The Social Wall. This month, we're bringing you updates that make it easier to reach your audience, manage more channels, and streamline your publishing workflow. Here’s what’s new.

You can now send bulk messages on WhatsApp through Zoho Social, making it easier to reach multiple contacts at once. Create a bulk messaging list, compose your message, and send it to your selected contacts list without having to message them individually. Whether you’re sharing an announcement, promotion, update, or reminder, bulk messaging helps you reach your audience more efficiently.

Your Arattai presence can now be part of your everyday social workflow. Connect Arattai to Zoho Social and publish posts to your channels, share Stories from your profile, and schedule multiple channel posts in bulk, all from Zoho Social. Whether you're sharing a quick update, announcing something new, or planning your content ahead, you can now manage it all alongside your other social channels.

You no longer need to go to Settings to manage URLs you've used before.

With URL Properties in the Compose window, you can now view, add, and manage your URLs while creating a post. Once you add a URL, you can also configure your UTM tracking preferences and shorten the link without leaving the Compose window.
