Let's take an e-commerce store that sells shoes, shirts, and trousers.
- By input cards, know what the user wants and save them in the context variable.
- Use the variable in the criteria router card to split the bot's flow based on the visitor's response.
A couple more tips with the Criteria router card
- Change the bot's behaviour based on your site's URL. Provide special treatment for your "contact us" page by configuring the bot to create instant support tickets for your contact us page visitors.
- Prioritize your potential with lead score. Give them the VIP experience by connecting only your potentials with operators for quick assistance.
