Update: Introducing Right to left (RTL) support for a seamless SalesIQ experience

The awaited Right-to-Left (RTL) interface support is now available on SalesIQ. This enhancement will make the SalesIQ experience very much effective for RTL users, i.e. your SalesIQ operators as well as your website visitors. Arabic is currently supported for use in the RTL language category, and there are plans to incorporate additional languages soon.


How does it work?

For your SalesIQ dashboard: 

When RTL language support is enabled, i.e. Arabic language is chosen as the portal language, the entire SalesIQ portal will shift to RTL display in the chosen language.

The transition of the SalesIQ dashboard to RTL is effortless and straightforward, which will significantly enhance the portal experience for RTL language users.

For your website chat window: 

The language and layout of the website chat window can be matched with your visitor's language. With the RTL approach, visitors can easily type in Arabic on the SalesIQ chat, enabling a seamless, smooth chat experience for visitors when they interact with you.
