My client is using the workflows to automatically create Tasks for new Leads.
Usage scenario :
We are using the Task workflows to synchronize the tasks with another application. In normal cases (when the tasks are added / updated using forms), the Task details along with the Task Id are sent out as emails and the details are used in the synchronization process.
Due to this issue, the emails are not getting triggered for Tasks added via workflows.
While it is possible to hack a way out of this issue, I was wondering if such work-arounds were necessary, since this seems to be an issue which can affect other Zoho CRM users too, who have :
- workflows which are triggered when new Tasks are created
- workflows which create new Tasks
Kindly let me know when this issue will be fixed.
