  • Introduced a new help center preference that lets you decide whether users must log in or not to submit tickets.
  • Introduced a category-level permission that helps restrict the options of adding topics and commenting on topics.
  • Moved the user Language, Country, and Timezone options to the Preferences page under Personal Settings.
  • It is now possible to hide or show the following Static reports:
    • SLA Tickets
    • Reopened Tickets
    • Response Time
    • First Response Time
    • Resolution Time
  • Enabled the option to rename States right while creating a Blueprint.
