- @Rodger's back with another deluge gem! Updating multiple records at a time obviously saves time, but there are certain limitations that come along with it. Check out this well-written snippet of code designed to allow you to not only mass-update records, but also update multiple fields combined with logic and calculations while doing so.
- Sometimes, all that's needed is a tiniest clue to solve the biggest mystery. @Rich faced an issue with a snippet of code he'd written to work with his CRM blueprint, but this bug didn't hold him back from reaching out to his peers for help on the forum. @Rodger and @Ishwarya SG came through to try and fix his issue.
- We do love a good conversation on Client Script. It is a great way to bend CRM to work by your rules. Unfortunately, Client Script has a few rules of its own. @WM Yeo needed help bending those, and help didn't take too long to arrive!

I have seen that it is possible to set, for each email, a reminder when the email remains unresponded for some time.
