WARNING for anyone using Zoho SDKs
After our code randomly stopped working, and started erroring with bizarre errors, I discovered that the PHP SDK (at least) has had a bunch of params changed. $module::getRecords() has changed, as well as a huge number of other things. Here's the commit: https://github.com/zoho/zcrm-php-sdk/commit/d09a5731ecdd47dbc7eb8371883296139069f6c7 This should have been a major version bump, but it's appeared in 2.0.9, instead of 3.0.0
Adding a parent company at the Lead stage
Hi Many of the organisations that we work with have parent companies. We would like to have a clear view all the way through the system that makes reference to the parent company. Are you able to add this in the leads stage? Would it make sense to? . We feel there are there are 3 stages to consider - a Lead that can then become a Prospect (a potential client) until such time work has taken place then move to becoming a Client. cURL REST API: INVALID TOKEN
Hello all, I was having problems with the PHP SDK, so am also trying with cURL, however I'm getting a INVALID TOKEN response. I've successfully received both an access_token and refresh_token from https://accounts.zoho.eu/oauth/v2/token endpoint. I'm then using curl and pasting that access_token with REST API. I was very disappointed when I found that Zoho PhoneBridge only supports Asterisk version 1.4, while the latest version of Asterisk - 1.8, 10 and 11, and version 1.4 is no longer supported by Asterisk. Approve Lead - Wordpress Zoho CRM Forms
We have been testing the Wordpress plugin for a while now and although its really great, the one thing that is missing is the ability to send the details captured into the 'Approved Lead' list. With standard Zoho forms this happens automatically but for some reason, the Wordpress Plugin sends the captured details straight into the main leads list. I'm trying to copy an address field from a previous section in a Deals Layout based on a tick box "same as previous" rule. Inbound SMS workflow not functioning

When I attempt to edit the deals layout, I receive an error message "unable to process your request". In the URL, I see 'iam-security-error'.
Hubspot migration failed -- cannot see why; "Import History" frozen for 12 hours
We attempted a migration from hubspot 12 hours ago, and received a "Your HubSpot data migration is paused" email (attached) after a little more than an hour. The page linked in the email was non-functional. 12 hours later, same status. The "Migration Status" link still leads to a page where the process appears frozen, and nothing is "clickable." This is the latest in a long list of issues we're accumulating in our attempt to move from Hubspot to ZohoOne.

Assigning a name to Deal Name from a drop down list in Deals Module
I simply want to auto assign a value to deal name from a drop down list box field which is selected from within the deals module. This value will be text which contains both letters and numbers. Instead of typing a deal name, I'd like to select it from a drop down list which is a separate field I have created within the deals Module. When a deal is saved, I'd like this deal name to be updated from this field drop down list? Any solutions......... thanks
Searching record with Invoice_Number working only one Id
Dear Sir, I am trying to get record with Invoice_Number, but it returns with no content. If I provide Invoice Number "OT100585" then it returns data there. But for all other Invoices such as "FABS000559" which is available on my zoho account, it return No Content. I generated a fresh tokens for it. those worked find but end result is same. Can you guide me where I am making mistake. Regards
