Hi, Is it possible to use a different theme on Zoho CRM? Not just the change the colour of the main panel and change dashboard layouts but use a custom theme, like a different background image and different side panel colours?
Editing template for mass email
Hello, We are sending Request for Quote to our logistic partners on a regular basis (one, twice a week), to get quotes for several destinations. We would create a template in the CRM Settings for that, then do a mass mailing to our vendor contacts. However, sending a mass email in CRM doesn't allow any edition. Canvas View Contact Field Feed
In my custom canvas view I have two field I can add Contact Name Contact Email But what is displayed is not consistent in the canvas view for these two fields. I cannot figure out what actually feeds these fields. I have Contact Roles chosen in the deal I have the contact associated with account and the account associated with the deal. Sandbox testing Zoho CRM
Hi Z Team, Having a sandbox testing function for Z CRM would be a great help as i am always looking to improve our system however some of the changes can be quiet a different way of thinking or working. This is where Sandbox's come in as they allow admins to write new work flow rules and test new ideas before changing breaking the system or the old way of working, potentially losing information and costing money! Please Please add this function as soon as you can!

In Admin view, create a "View As X User" feature
Please consider creating a way for the superadmin to see how other users based on their role will see the CRM or a particular module. This becomes difficult in seeing whether validation rules or permission changes are effective unless you have the logins for a different user to test. As a superadmin, you should be able to view the processes and do tests as a different user.
How to Test as Specific Security Profile
I am an admin configuring ZoHo CRM. How can I test that a user of a specific profile/role sees what I want them to see? As an admin I see everything. Something like a RunAs feature?
Default Task Value from Lead Module
I created a function to default the value of a custom field in the task module based on the related lead. I marked to execute whenever a task is created or edited. It only runs when editing but not when creating? Is this a bug or something missing? Created in Automation | Actions | Custom Functions and defining taskId argument as Task.TaskId and leadId as Lead/Propsect.Lead/ProspectId. Any thoughts on why this doesn't fire on create?
Linking a campaign from Zoho Campaign to CRM Campaign
When you create a campaign in the CRM, on expectation is to create an email campaign in Zoho Campaign, and possibly a social campaign using Zoho Campaign. Now, email and social campaigns are activated independently of CRM Campaign. Only Leads and contacts are the links. How Campaigns and Social (and results) can be links to Campaign and see the Cost, Revenue of this Campaign?

How to Determine ContactId for a Lead Conversion
I need a workflow rule that calls a webhook when a Lead is converted. At that time, I need to know the Leadid and the ContactId for the contact just created. Any idea on how to get this information, there doesn't seem to be an event for Convert and on the Create of a new Contact, the leadid is not known. Why can't you add the ability to select a group of contacts and exporting them to a CSV file directly instead of having to go through the extra step of creating a report first? Very annoying!!!!

SalesInbox Sent Emails
When I send an emails from SalesInbox module, the emails go out, and I confirmed the recipients got the emails. But those emails do not show up in my Sent folder, either in SalesInbox or when I look at the actual Sent folder on my mail server. Using standard IMAP/SMTP privately hosted mail server. Deals - Force users to fill in new mandatory fields when stage is updated
Hi All, I have added a layout rule to make fields mandatory once a certain progression is made in a deal. Even though the fields turn required, It will still allow me to change the stage via the deal board without filling these in. if i open the deal though, it will not let me save unless these fields are updated. is there any way that i can have a prompt to fill in the fields before it will let me progress it. thanks in advance
Unable to Sync Calendars in CRM to Mail
Zoho is great but is really poor at the basics , all i want is to be able to create an event in CRM that syncs with my default Calendar in Mail so i can sync with all my other devices ( inc my Mac) , not possible as the CRM puts it into a seperate APP calendar which can not be synced , MISSED APPOINTMENTS every week !!

I was really hoping that Zoho was the right CRM product for me, but hope is waning. When I saw Price Books, given the game, I assumed I could make it work, but it is not working out that way. Organizing Leads for each year
I am trying to organize my leads for each year. Some leads were a great opportunity for 2019 but I need to classify them now for 2020 to see the new status. I am only using the accounts for current clients so we do not use the accounts section. Send a quote email to a new lead based off of user input on my wix site
Does anyone know how to send a quote email template to a new lead with information that they selected from my site? I have the API connected and I can insert a new lead, I just cant figure out how to send a quote email with html content in it displaying the price of what they selected and the packages they chose.
