HELP PLEASE JQuery Collapsing Menu
Hi, I am trying to use a JQuery Collapsing Menu (developed by Marco van Hylckama Vlieg) in a site I am working on, but I can not get it to work properly. I am totally stuck. I can not get it to expand. Is there any way you could check it out? I would really appreciate any advice. A link to a work in progress. Hi, Have you think about upgrade zoho web application by simply upgrade JQuery? As I saw you are using JQuery for zoho web application. JQuery is under strong development, and have a lot of developers and supporters - they are working hardly to improve and speed up it. Wouldn't be a good idea to upgrade JQuery to 1.4.x version? Unwanted senders
I think that Zoho would be perfect if I could actually bounce (NOT block) an unwanted sender. I would also like a notification that a problem sender has been bounced. Also, I'm not interested in unwanted email going to a spam folder that I would have to periodically clean out. Spam folder fills quickly in yahoo and hotmail. I believe that this would discourage unwanted senders that you do not want to hear from.

How to create a new user / user alias for my account.

I would like to create a custom report with log message containing single quote ('). However, the system does not allow the report creation and pops up messages: Please remove quote from the Message field. I have tried adding the a back slash in front of the single quote but that does not resolve the problem. See below screenshot. Create a Password for a User
I am working on setting up a Customer Portal that does not require that the customer to setup an account before submitting a request (only requires their email). Is there a way to allow the agents to setup an account based on the request and notify the customer so that the customer can login to view the status of their request? Hi, I have switched phones and Email providers and thought all was going well until hitting a problem deleting emails from my Nokia N8 Mail. Having added my Zoho mail account as an IMAP account all my mail was successfully retrieved. However, having deleted a couple of emils from my inbox I found they reappeared when new mail arrived. Looking into this further it would seem that my N8 cannot delete emails from my Zoho account even if I sync straight after issuing the request to delete the email on

There are some instructions below that mention clicking on the Source Code icon (i can't find this) and also In Code View mode, copy your Newsletter HTML code and and return to the WYSIWYG mode. Hi I recently installed VQ Manager and configured port mirroring. I am using the sniffing method. My setup is as follows - Cisco UC560 to Netgear switch to cisco ip phones. I am able to see all the calls and extensions in VQManager, however, the following stats do not change despite many QoS complaints from end users. Hi everyone. We have Active Directory in our office. ServiceDesk plus is installed and connected to Active Directory in admin setup settings. Also i choose "Enable Active Directory Authentication" and "Enable "Pass-through" Authentication" chekboxes. When users try open SD page in browser they see table with authentication request.
