Hi ,I have a query regarding Importing data, as I'm importing data from local database(sql server). I'm able to import the tables but I'm not able to import my view table which I have in DB , So let me know how can I import my view data or else how can I import my view query to zoho reports ? If I try to copy the view on query table on zoho report it says only select is allowed. So anyone please guide .Drill down on Bar chart not working
Hi We have noticed an issue on most of our reports where if you use the filter to select specific products and then click on the filtered bar within the bar chart, we seem to be getting all the data through rather then just the data for that period. I've created a Tabular view report which I need to send to different email addresses based on the Project "Group ID". Regular export keeps whatever filter is current but export to xls scheduled email doesn't always keep the filter. Usually, it doesn't but I've run the same scheduled export email more than once by just changing the send time and have gotten an export that has the filter and others that don't use a filter. I have created a project pivot view that includes "last update" and "start date". I can't get the sort on the "Start date" to go away. I just want to sort by last update. I have a column with the results of a survey "very interested", "interested", "moderate interest", and "Not interested". I am trying to use Countif in an aggregate formula to return the count of each of those in a summary report. I can get one category to show a count but can not work out how to extend the formula to show a count for each result. Are you able to use a multiple countif in an aggregate formula. Hello all, I am having an issue with the Edit Rights for the shared data in ZohoReports. I’m not able to edit the tables on the shared database A. I cannot find the “Edit Design” option on any tables of the Shared database. But, I do have those options on the database B that I have created by myself. Please find the attached images, they will give more better understanding on this issue. There are four images two for shared Database A and two for the Database B (created by myself). OR, is it thatShare data between databases?
Is it possible to share / link data from one Reports Database into another? Use case: my team is effectively an "agency" with multiple clients. We have data coming from a variety of internal systems into one main database we use for internal reporting. Those feeds are combined with each other, aggregated, etc. to form more useful data views than the individual feeds provide on their own. Hello all, I'm new on ZohoReports and am creating a scatter plot with Date of Start on Y-axis and Date of Due on X-axis. So, there is a Priority check box based upon which I can see the selected data on the chart. Priority has 4 options:- High, Low, Medium and None. Firstly, I unchecked None, which changed the Y-axis minimum from 2 Jan 2017 to 19 Jun 2017. Similarly, on unchecking Medium changed the Y-axis minimum to 10 Jul 2017. I have since added an additional column into the main table but this column does not appear for me to select in the existing tabular reports. I have a dashboard setup that pulls data on schedule from a Zoho Docs spreadsheet. Three of the columns are formatted as % in the spreadsheet. Those same data points are imported into corresponding % fields in the Zoho Reports table. This works fine for existing data in the spreadsheet, however when NEW data is added to the Spreadsheet, all data are changed to 1/100 of the actual value. The only workaround I have discovered is to manually reapply the % format to the columns in Zoho Docs. I thinkBest way to to merge pivots into one report
Hi, I am evaluating zoho reports and can't work out if the following is possible. I would like to merge two pivot tables together to form a sales history and current inventory report. I think this can be hopefully be accomplished with query tables. Table one contains the sales data and the second table contains the inventory. The sales data needs to be pivotted to create a monthly total sales report. I then want to tack on the end of the table the inventory for each product. I've been trying to do an exist import with Add-Replace option but not able to after so many attempts. See the error below. The existing table (Company Master-YE) has ~51k rows and the intended import file has ~35K. I'm trying to add and replace based upon two matching fields. Hello I cannot work out how to display the sum of my sales for the previous 7 days with the same 7 day period a year ago so I can see whether sales this year are up on the same period last year. I suspect my issue is due to the "Group By" option, which I've currently got set to Week & Year. Hi We converted a report to Excel & HTML (Inline as well as Attachment in Email) where we have configured Conditional Formatting for a column. We have configured colors for different criteria. Post conversion in Excel & HTML (Inline as well as Attachment in Email), the conditional formatting is not retained. The conditional formatting is retained only in case of PDF conversion. Hi There, I have been using user filters on the dashboard and for the most part they are fine. However I have one issue I would like to see if there is a fix for it. I have a main query that most of my widgets use. Then I have a second query for another widget. The dashboard uses the field "brand" in the main query for the filter.
