importing added time as "text" field
I am importing into reports and need graph by mont/year and "added" time is giving me date/month/year/time: I tried changing the column into date with formula but it does not work, Please help!

Formulae to pick data from different sheets
I wanted solution for this problem where I had some currency in one data sheet and the exchange rates in the other. How can we plug a formula that picks the exchange rates from that sheet and converts it into required currency. Ex: Converting 100 Euros, 20 INR, 40 GBP all in one sheet to USD.

In today's update, we enhanced the Export Multiple Views option. Previously, you had the option to export (save a copy to your desktop) multiple views as pdf alone. Report Security Timeout
Hello, Is there a way that I can produce and publish a report so that it does not timeout when I log out of my account? Currently, viewers can access a report I produced and published and all of its capabilities (i.e. Excel Download) as long as I am logged into my account. Cloud SQL external data import into Zoho Sheet giving "Problem in configuring WebData."
I have a Zoho Sheet in which I have several external data links / imports from Zoho Reports via Cloud SQL / Zoho API. All was working perfectly when i created it and for a a few weeks after, meaning any changes in the Reports data was correctly reflected in the Zoho sheet. I noticed today that the data wasn't being updated from Zoho Reports in the Zoho Sheet. When manually updating the external data link, it gives me the error "Problem in configuring WebData." CloudSQL Export permissions
I would like to be able to export data for via the CloudSQL API for users other than the database owner. I read this post (https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/questions-about-sharing-databases) which seemed to suggest that this feature was being implemented but the feature that was announced at the end of that thread does not go far enough. More dynamic chart filtering
The existing dynamic filtering is great allowing users to filter charts by the field on the Y-Axis of the chart but I would also like to be able to filter the data in the chart based on a filter parameter in the published url of the chart. Ideally this would work like the existing ZOHO_CRITERIA available on the Update, Export and Delete actions.

April 8 Update - Import limit increased
In the latest update, we have increased the data size that you can import using the Zoho Reports user interface from 100,000 rows (or 3 MB) to 500,000 rows (or 10 MB). ps: for larger data imports, you can use the Upload Tool.
Error entering DB Users for sharing.
When trying to add a new (first) to the DB Users group I get the follow error. this only appears to occur in my pricelist database, I have tested another database and it works fine. Error: The parameter USERS does not match the accepted input pattern. Plus The parameter ADDEDEMAILIDS does not match the accepted input pattern.
CSV Import tool not batching?
I get the error below when trying to use the CSV Import tool with a 58 Megabyte file. Well, I feel like I'm missing something here... on Reports, I just want to create a report with a formatted page. Not a chart or table; just a formatted page. Copy DB via API
Is it possible to copy a database via the API? I need to be able to copy a pre-defined database before uploading data to the newly copied version. Currently the copy stage has to be done manually and I'd like to automate this step if possible. Thanks, Adrian.
Importing from alternative user using the the Upload tool
Hi, I need to import data using using the Upload tool from an alternative user (not the user who created the database) I upgraded my account to a standard plan that allows a multiple db owners. I then make that user a db owner. I verified that the new owner can see the database (under Shared to Me) and can import from the web interface. Cannot create table from html import via non standard port
I attempted to import an html table from http://<site>:<port>/file.php , however the connection times out. When I switch my server from port 8080 back to port 80 everything works fine which tells me the import utility has issues accessing a website running on a port other than 80.
Maximize embedded report within a web page
I am seeking assistance with how to expand a report/table that is embedded within a web page so that is viewable. Charts sorting in numeric reverse
I have been having this problem a lot lately... The charting feature of Zoho reports is sorting everything backwards. For ethical purposes, values should be sorted from smallest value on the left to highest value of the right (0 -> 10, for example) from the bottom left of the axis. Date fields won't import from Zoho Creator
I have 2 date fields in a Creator form that are MM-dd-yy. They refuse to import into Zoho Reports even though I have set the column properties in Zoho Reports to exactly the same format. Exporting multiple views as PDF
When I select the option to include multiple views in a single PDF, I cannot see all of my views in the selector. For some reason, I can only see 6 out 11 pivot views. How can I get the rest into the selector so that I can include them in my PDF file? Thanks for helping.

Filter in Tabular view does not save

My data appears and disappears

I have a table whose records represents club attendee stats per month which includes (among several other fields) 5 fields representing the number of attendees per week of the month. Eg. Week1 = 20, Week2 =22 etc. I need to create a query that tells me the running average amount of weeks (not attendance) all clubs met per country. Importing Zipped CSV file
Hi, I have been trying to import CSV file, which size is 3.5MB. I know that Data size should be less than 3 MB and the number of rows should be less than 100000, when importing data. I want to add a formula column that assigns a numeric (currency) value based on a string of text in another column. I have a column named response with the following possible values: SUCCESSOK; FAILED - 1,-1,24 = -1; FAILED - DUPLICATE; FAILED - Requirement; FAILED - VULGAR; NotBehind.
