Hi Guys, This is probably very simple but I cannot seem to be able to report on a project and the logged hours. Can anyone point me in the right direction as I am wanting to compare projects to ascertain which projects are taking longer than others.

API v3.0 has a feature to add/rename/remove columns
Two questions:- 1. When will the API docs be updated to see the details of these new API endpoints? 2. Is there an API call to create a new table, so that columns can then be added to it? Auto Delete Rows in Table
Has anyone found a way to auto delete rows in a table from a schedule? Due to the nature of our imports its best to clear all data from the table and completely refresh it with a new import. Looking to schedule this vs manually opening each table and deleting all rows.
Manipulating Drill Down
Hi, I was wondering how one might be able to change the drill down options for the user when you create a new report. For example let's say we have a bar chart with dates (no time incl.) on the x axis and units sold on the y axis. How do we go about doing the following: If user presses any bar and selects the drill down option, the user will be shown a bar chart with time (grouped by hour) on the x axis and units sold on the y axis for the particular date selected. 3rd party cookie
I embed reports in a webpage using iframes. A client of mine has made changes to the security settings on their system to block third party cookies which is causing problems for viewing reports - The reports won't load. IS there anyway to get around this from your end? My client is reluctant to make the required changes to their settings (an over-cautious IT dept). Regards Jjoe

How can I get my DB_name and name_report to use in the API URL when they have spaces. I have tried different was and in documentation there is nothing regarding how get the DB_name valid for the API

Hi, I was going through zoho reports and realized that we do not have sparklines in our reports. Sparklines in excel helps to summarize large columns of data in a single cell and is an ideal representational tool. I think it can be a great feature to incorporate in a report. Regards, Manish

Joining tables for conditional
I have create a conditional formula in my "Inventario" table to classify each line according to some parameters on the column "Estado". The problem is that I need a new parameter whether a "Caso" of the Inventario table is on the "Pendientes por Resolver" query the value of "Estado" column would be "Pendiente IPS". Group report color separations
When viewing a report using a groups selection by Dates, the separation bar for each date is grey, is it possible to have the separation bar a different color like dark green or Blue.
Graphic of two tables
I have two tables (Pendientes and Datos-Casos Cerrados). I want to show in the same graphic the amount of "casos" in each table by month. Report to show sales commission for each sales person
Hi, I am doing some tests on Zoho to see if it is a suitable software package for my client. My client has several sales persons. Each sale person makes several sales a month. At the end of the month, the sales person receives a 10% commission based on their grand total of sales for that month (e.g. if the sales person gets $10000 worth of sales that month, they receive $1000 in commission). Zoho Reports Auto-import/refetch successive failures from dropbox and google drive
Hello everyone. This is to report an issue I have been dealing with for about 4 months now. I am having a succession of auto-import/refetch failures from a set of csv files from dropbox. I tried using google drive as well but the same issue is observed. These CSV files are dump exports from a database and are replaced/overwritten to reflect updates (new records) regularly. We cannot proceed with allowing Zoho Reports to directly query the database since our internet connection is not that reliable

Error when importing from URL
I get the following error when trying to import from URL. Error while reading the URL contents. Please verify whether the server (host machine) containing the URL is connectable. I know the URL works because I can paste it in a browser and see the information, so it is connecting to the host machine. I can't find any information regarding this error. Thanks, Dan
Chart reporting time based data incorrectly
hi, I am currently working with a phone log. I have created a chart that analyses the number of calls made at different times of the day. Unfortunately Zoho Reports interprets calls made between 12 and 1pm as midnight opposed to midday. All other data is interpreted correctly. Is there an obvious way of solving this issue? James

Update time for Zoho Reports to see changes made in Zoho Projects
How can I push the changes made in Zoho projects to Zoho reports quickly so I don't have to wait 5 or 6 hours to re-run the reports. The wait time significantly slows down my ability to invoice my clients in a timely fashion.
Issue with creating lead / contact report with "description" for advanced filters
We noticed your lead and contact reports have changed recently. We used to be able to create lead and contact reports with being able to choose from the pulldown under advanced filters for the "description" field. This is no longer the case. Is there something that has changed with our contract / product subscription? See screen shot below (and enclosed) on an older report that we are no longer able to create. Note the "description" is chosen for the advanced filter.

I run a web site for a charity (U3A) and have been asked if some Group Leaders could add short messages for their groups without having to come through me. Not able to refetch data from Table
Hi, I have created a table named Mill Report New. The database fetches the data from a google drive folder. I have set the sync schedule for every 6 hours and have chosen the option to "Delete existing records and add". I am not receiving any error notifications but it appears that the database is not being fetched completely. The total number of rows in the database is 46923 however the database size shown in the uploaded table (BSP Flour Mill Sales Analysis D) is 46754) .The size of the data base
Customization of charts
I have embedded a number of charts within a website, but the default chart background does not match the website color/aesthetic. When I attempt to change the chart background, only the inside of the chart is shaded with the background color (not the axis or legend areas). Is there a way to shade the Entire char, so that I can make it blend with the website that it is embedded into? Is there a way to add a background image to a chart? Thanks,

vertical cell height in reports
Hello, I have come across an issue recently. In the reports that my company uses, the height of cells would automatically be adjusted so that all the text in the cell could be seen across multiple lines. This was always just how Zoho reports worked. Recently, it seems that the height of cells has stopped automatically adjusting and is showing at just 1 line. Copying a Table With this new feature from Zoho Reports, you can now save a copy of a table in your database. This feature will be pretty useful for cases like Backup, Copying table design etc. Click 'Save as' menu in the toolbar to save a copy of that table. You can choose to copy the table with data and/or retain the lookup columns of the original table. On copying, all formatting, formulas etc. will get retained in the new table.

dear all, In a data sheet I have rows of which in one particular date column there is a date filled in or no date.(blank). The date is a proof of delivery date.
