Unattended access on Mac fails
I can get the unattended to work but if the device reboots then the Mac never reconnects unless I uninstall and reinstall the program. The private IP always changes to 127.0.0.1 on reboot in Zoho Assist even through the device has a proper IP address.

I'm new to using Zoho Meeting for remote support. I'm experimenting with it. However, each time I act as the host OR the client, the app wants me to download and install the program. Tie Zoho Assist unattended client to Zoho Desk contact
The Zoho Assist integration with Zoho Desk is pretty neat. However, for us, we make use of unattended installations far more than ad-hoc support requests. If it were possible to link an 'Unattended Access' machine to a contact in Zoho desk, that would mean we could launch straight in to their machine from the ticket without having to send an invite to the user to run software that is already installed on their machine. Zoho Assist Installer wants proxy settings
When I try to install Assist at some customer sites, the installed asks for proxy settings where none is in use. If I close the dialog without entering anything, it throws this error message: "Configuring unattended access failed due to the following reason : The request could not be processed by the server due to invalid syntax." These computers all have a direct internet connection and don't use a proxy at all. There's no VPN in use either. Is there a way to tell this to the installer? Thanks.
Can I see my Zoho Assist Schedule in Zoho Calendar?
Maybe I am just missing something, but I scheduled a session through Assist with my customer, and it is not showing up in my Zoho Calendar. I looked at integrations... I have everything integrated, but it doesn't appear to be an option. Why would that be? All calendar views are selected- and nothing.
