Dear team, I am a current paying user of Zoho Mail suite and Zoho CRM. I appreciate the possibility to have the Zoho Recruit, Zoho Projects and Zoho CRM on Zoho Calendar . I would like to be able to export my Zoho CRM calendar to iCal (as it is possible for Zoho Recruit and Zoho Calendar). This is because I am not all the time opening Zoho and because I have it synchronized with my iPhone. I use a shared calendar (currently Google) to list business networking events in my region; I then copy the Agenda view for the next week and past it into a weekly email newsletter to send out to all my subscribers. Google's agenda view includes both the event title and the "where" field; so I use the latter to hold the URL of the website describing the event and giving booking information - which means that people can connect directly to the event booking website from the newsletter. iPad Reminders that go into iCloud don't get on iCal for the iPad but do for iCal for Mac OS X in a separate reminder field. I'm using a different approach to maintaining a catalog of all my photos. I make a calendar for each individual memory card, and post the date that photos were taken on that card. The problem is, trying to get a listing of the dates alone that the photos were taken on that card, so when I go to compare my photo library, I can figure out which card my photos were on. It would be great if there was some way to adjust the Agenda view to be more than five individual days at once. It seems it willDay week begins can't be changed in the small view calendar

Is it possible to set up an audible alarm that will sound when an appointment is due. Say, like 1/2 hour before, and have it sound on my phone. It is very slow if I want to look at a calendar for a different month. If, say, I want to look at May 2013 I have to click the right double arrow 12 times (and wait for it to refresh each time) This seems to be un-necessarily clunky. Our training events are typically multiple-day events. Multiple day bars are not a strength of ZOHO calendar. Those bars are rather limited in colour and length. I would like to use different colours for the bars and also have the option of putting more text in the bars (now you have to hover and double click on the bars to get more info). To overcome this limitation, I am trying to cram as much as possible text into the one-colour boxes. Otherwise we are happy with the ZOHO calendar. Have a lookCalendar events in 15-minute increments?

ZOHO Creator can generate an iCal feed: http://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/?ftid=2266000000263727 Right now I'm using Google Calendar to render the feed. But G-Cal does not refresh the feed in a timely way. I'm guessing if the Creator and Calendar teams unite on this, they could get a live subscription (via Creator's ical url) to feed ZOHO Calendar. Click on email- see button which takes you to the calendar event, open event and see button which takes you to a specific email. You can create a task within an email. In other words create a Calendar event from within an email. And then within the Calendar event you can click on the email link and see the info in the email. Saves copy-paste of info into the Event and the errors of transferring data.creating events

Zoho, You have done a great job with Calendar enhancements! I have my 3 Zoho calendars (for 3 different businesses), a Google calendar and Yahoo calendar all connected. I can finally see everything at a glance no matter which application I am in EXCEPT my CRM appointments. How long until this is fixed. Once this is done, I will be a happy customer. Hello! I would like to use zoho calendar instead of my standalone sloution. I can't, and this is the reason why: The event popup reminders don't deliver what is needed. Somehow they work, but I didn't find out yet how, anyway I don't see them when I should. The reason, of course, is the realisation as a browser application. But, as ebay has no problems to produce alerts you see whatever you do in whatever a program you stick with, zoho should be able to do the same. Hi - I find the calendar functionality very lacking. maybe I am spoiled by Outlook... but here are the problems: 1. most users send me Outlook meeting request and that many times that doesn't translate well in Zoho email let alone calendar. 2. the meeting request doesn't always come as an attached ICS format. 3. sometimes the information for the meeting is part of an email and not necessarily a meeting request. Here is my issue: I have a database that is outputing a schedule in an .ics file daily (on the web). I have subscribed to it on my calendar so I can see the events. But when I embed my calendar into an HTML page (I want other people to see the events), the subscribed events are not visible. I would love the ability to connect items (emails, images, vcards, notes, documents or other files) to appointments and tasks. For example, I may add the task "Call plumber Joe about invoice", and then add the invoice to the task itself, to save me some time when the tasks is to be done. Zoho Calendar is very similar in appearance to ical and google calendar. However, I am noticing one difference and I would like to know if it is on your roadmap for the future.
