Not valid email addresses
Hi, I have imported a list of emails and there are 137 invalid emails which apparantly have a good email format and seem correct. ¿How does Campaigns determine that these emails are invalid? I attach a screenshot of it. Looking forward to your response.

The DNS records were added, and using the "Configure" dialog to test will say that the domain validates, but closing that dialog still marks the domain as "Authentication Incomplete". What am I missing?

We set up SPF and DKIM for our domain, but it shows that a campaign has been delivered and the subscriber never received it. The recipients are from our company, so we were able to validate that it had not gone to Junk or Spam. Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions on how to correct or investigate?

Hi there, Hope that someone can help me. I have gated content on my website that I want to email to people after they fill in a form on my website. I've tried using the signup forms but then when someone who fills in the form, who is already in my database, it doesn't send the email. Hi Zoho Team, I have searched the community and only find outdated support on how to remove the default email header / footer from Zoho campaign emails. Not much related the latest 2020 Zoho One version. I created an email template with the built in widget builder and included the proper unsubscribe / update profile / and all required compliance links. Low Open Rate
For some reason, our last 3 email sends have a had a very low open rate. Our first campaign had 1 open and the next 2 had zero opens. All three were sent with the same list, but the email addresses have shown opens previously. Is anyone else experiencing a low open rate lately?
