Re-Sync CRM with Campaigns
I setup Leads and contacts sync in Campaigns with Zoho CRM. I deleted contact in Campaigns in error. How do I re-sync? I know we cannot delete a sync. But I need to get the contacts and lead back. Chandresh Shah

Image not showing in email
Designed a new mailer in Campaigns and added 2 images and both load and display OK in HTML Preview. When I send a test email the first image shows up (after choosing to download images) but the second image link disappears and the image doesn't show. Trying to insert a chart from Excel into an HTML email for a campaign. Finding that saving the chart as a GIF or PNG, and then using Insert Image does not produce satisfactory results. Even tried resizing the image in Photoshop first. I notice Excel allows me to save the chart as a web page. Can I use this to insert a graphic that I can resize in an email? What do you recommend to get crisp graphics in my email?

Anyone have a workaround for this? Zoho really needs to hire new designers - templates are terrible. A custom template has been created, but every time we try to use it, it strips out all the CSS from the head.
