Cliq - no notifications when not in app
Hello Zoho team, I use Cliq on my iPhone 5s (model ME305LL/A) with iOS 12.1.2. If I the app is open, I get banner notifications. But if I have the app closed or my screen is locked, I don't receive any push notifications (neither "lock screen" nor "notification center"). I have extensively checked my settings both within the Cliq app itself and on my iPhone for the Cliq app, and all notification types are enabled. I've also looked into battery and privacy settings on my iPhone, including apps' backgroundZoho Cliq - Conference Using iPad

It seems like Zoho is hitting all around the outside ring with their conferencing solutions, but not hitting the mark on any of their solutions. Correct me if I'm wrong: Meetings - Works ok, but can't schedule repeating meetings, and you can't change/adjust your layouts on screen. Sometimes it's just me and I don't want to see black boxes on screen. I should be able eliminate those. Hi, I just installed Cliq.app on all our user macs. some users noticed that the app is displayed in english. But their profile account is setup in german. When they open the web version of Cliq, the interface is correctly displayed in german. Cliq.app Mac should take into account the language preference of the user, as the webversion does.Do external channel or chat members need a Zoho account to participate?

Someone in my organization is having trouble setting thier name. I think he is the account owner. I have a Zoho One subscription for our company. I have added the Cliq app through the admin console. When I go to create a new channel I only have options for Organization, Team and Personal levels of channels. External is not an option. I work with project teams the are a mix of internal users and external subcontractors. It is great that we have the possibility to do voice and video chat with Cliq. I find myself sometimes in a situation where I would like to show my screen and for that, I need to ask my colleagues to switch to Zoho Meeting or Assist. I have a small group and one of my guys is not receiving any push notifications on his mac desktop app or on his iOS device. He's in another state, unfortunately, I can't troubleshoot it myself, but as a stakeholder, it's important we get this figured out. Hi, for some reason suddenly all my integration commands are now failing for 2 reasons: 1. They are failing authentication (I recently had to change my password due to 2-tier auth expiry) 2. More weirdly the method signatures are completely different to the documentation. Pressing F3 gives a signature of: (string, Bigint, Bigint, Map,string, Bool). I am using Zoho CRM. I would like to create a channel of Cliq in correspondence with Potential of Zoho CRM and set the specific channel's URL in Zoho CRM 's custom field. In Zoho CRM, clicking on the URL is supposed to open the channel of that Cliq. Is there a unique URL (or unique number) in Cliq's channel? On Android, I used to get notifications on my phone whether I was in the app, or it was started. Then about a month ago, I stopped seeing notifications on my phone UNLESS I had already started the app. So if I reboot my phone, and never start the app,
