When I was evaluating Zoho for use in my business, I tried out a lot of apps....I settled on a few, but all of the ones I tried out are still on my login screen, though I did not end up using those services. I turned on two factor auth (fingerprint) but never received the system sms's on my phone when it requested to swipe my print. Luckily i have some backup codes. So I decided to turn off two factor auth, but in order to do so I need to confirm using oneauth on my phone - but I don't get the notifications sent to my phone. Zoho offers many apps which seems GREAT at first. Most of the apps are very basic functionality. It's great that you offer the apps for mobile devices but in the end most of the usable functionality is very basic. Let me do some administrative functions (ideally ALL OF THEM) from the apps. Hello, in trying to use Zoho Mail Desktop Lite I found out 1) I can use my normal password, not an application-specific password even though I am using Two-Factor Login 2) I need to log in two times, the first time it returns me to another login screen 3) When it finally logs in the interface is too small to read or write emails.
