Duplication \ Creating a new form on user demand
Hi Zoho Team, I need to give the user an option to create a new form (and report), based on a template. After the user enters the number of items in the project, I need Zoho to duplicate a form (currently hidden) the number of times the user entered (5 items = need 5 copies of the template form, with a report for each). The user also enter a name for each item, and I need the new copies of the form to have the name the user entered as "item form - name1" "item form - name2" etc... How can I do this?

Report Builder: Section Border lines broken
I really like the Report Builder for generating organized reports. However, I am frustrated that I am having problems with using a border around sections. When displayed in the browser it looks fine with neat lines around each section. But when I go to print or save as PDF the lines are sometimes broken or have an inconsistent thickness in certain places. It seems wherever I have a label on the left with a white background it somehow interferes with the borderline which is supposed to go around it.
Sendmail doesn't work for certain domains?
I have a Sendmail statement at the end of an onClick action of a button on a stateless form. I have found when testing the system that when the email address is a gmail account, the email arrives as expected. But when I send emails to addresses in our own domain (eg. bob@mydomain.com) they disappear - no errors, no spam, not caught in the email filter. They just vanish. Any ideas about potential causes? Settings on our exchange filter that would block these? Thanks, Peter

Cannot Use Global Search
I am new to Zoho Creator. I have the Enterpise level subscription. I created an application and loaded some data. Dynamic VLOOKUP and Summation Calculation
I am trying to do the equivalent of a series of excel VLOOKUPs. I have uploaded a dataset where column A is "Car_Model", column B is "Car_Cost", column C is "Insurance_Cost". I'd like to only use "Car_Model" as an input (via a drop down) and then show Car_Cost, Insurance_Cost and Total_Cost (a sum of the two) as dynamic outputs. Line break in Multiline text when sending mail
Hi, I have an issue with the line break in the multi line text box when sending mail. 1. The line break does not work, because line breaks is "deleted" and it shows only a long line of text. This is very inconvenient, as the lack of line break renders the text introduced unreadable. I have tried both HTML and PLAIN text messages. Are there work arounds for this? 2. How do I detect if one of my users has reached the maximum number of deluge statements limit so I can have them contact me so I can manually update ranges of records for them? What's the best way to notify the user and log the event? Is there a way to test a function prior to execution to determine the number of deluge statements it will consume? Mass update Account for selected Contacts
Hi, I have a requirement that on a Contacts view you can select some Contacts and then press a custom button that will open a small window where you can select an Account and that account will be set for all selected Contacts. I was searching how can this be done but yet found no way of doing that. With a custom button for example I can open Zoho creator form but how to pass selected Contacts to that form? Prevent further data entry without "cancelsubmit"
I have a client form with a status field 'approved" or "not approved". In a second form "Repor"t: there is a Lookup field" that returns the value of of the client status. If the status is "not approved "I basically need to terminate data entry and gently boot off the user and get them to fix the client status. I do not really want to use the validate script on submission as it will annoy the user no end to lose the date entered after completing the form. I guess that i could hide all the fields in

Allow user to add "choices" to a drop down list
Hi, Is there a way to include in a form a tool allowing the user to edit (directly from within the form) the choices available in a list (drop menu, check box...) to either add an option or change the options listed? If not, is there a way to add (next to the concerned field) a "button" or hyperlink pointing to a page where the user can edit the values available in the list? The "Allow other choice" option is NOT an option as this only allows the user to add a value not in the list for this one

Hi, There is an option under reports criteria to get selective data presentation, this is the option : Added_User equals to zoho.loginuser But then it's only possible to show the customers data after has done his data entry. Feature request: default value in Lookup fields
I would like to be able to give a lookup field a default value, so that the user can tab straight over it if the default is correct. This is particularly important when there is only one value to select from. As it currently is, it is clumsy: the user has to click the down arrow and select the only value, which is two unnecessary mouse clicks. Hello, I have a query regarding templates. There is a field in the template with the expression. ie ${Contacts.Desired Neighborhoods}. When user put values from website, this expression took multiple values. but the issue is these values comes in the single line and hide after particular width.I want <br> after each value so each and every data can readable. Pass a record to a function
I have forms that represent categories and subcategories of items. I allow users to drill down into groups, categories, and subcategories, etc. I'm using a Rich Text field in each record to create a set of hyperlinks to go back to the parent records. For example: Group -> Category -> Subcategory. I group my reports by this field and users can click on any level to go back. I find myself repeating similar code for populating the Rich Text field in all of these forms. Is it possible to pass a record

Hi, We are looking at creating an automated on-boarding process for potential partners. The process would go as follows; 1) Salesperson has meeting, enters prospective partner info into CRM (as lead) 2) Automated email > Business Partner Profile Contact Form 3) If they complete & submit the form, that triggers another automated email with 2 more forms to be completed. If they don't complete the form, for whatever reason, that non-completion should trigger an automated email reminding them to complete.

How to show total sales in a month
Sorry, Im as new as they come.. I have created a form that records sales each day. I have also been able create the report that shows all the entries in a spread sheet. How do I create another report that will total all the sales in those entries? Once again I apologize for my probably ridiculously easy question.
