Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator continue to be two of our most loved services. To all of you who use both these services alike, we believe this will be good news. The integration started off with two DELUGE tasks solely for Zoho CRM. Now, there are 7 tasks that make communication between these two services, simpler like never before. To sum things up, you can 1. Create a record on Zoho CRM – For records submitted to a Zoho Creator application, you can create a corresponding record on Zoho CRM too. 2. Hi, I am presently storing some data in ZOHO CRM Invoice (Enterprise Trail Edition). Data is getting adding correctly but when i am unable to delete records.it is just showing a blank page after clicking on delete button. Is this due to a problem in zoho. Since the update when performing a date or date range search in a view, the calendar no longer appears. Also if you "Click to Add Record", there appears to be no way of closing the pop up box, should you decide not to add a record. You have to close ZC and start again to continue. Zoho Creator API now supports the Authentication Token for all API calls. This is a permanent token and will replace the API key and ticket which has to be regenerated every 7 days. Existing Zoho Creator API users can generate the Authentication token and replace the API key and Ticket with the generated token. The API calls will also work with API Key and Ticket but this will be deprecated after 3 months. We will keep you posted on the exact date. In this post, I want to provide a behind-the-scenes look at Zoho Creator, a sense of what all of our engineers are doing. First, to step back, Zoho Creator was born of an idea I had way back in 2002. I sketched out the underpinning of a programming language, with some strongly held convictions born of my own experience. In the beginning, that language had no syntax at all - it was living purely as a set of database tables. Now it is possible to use form field in the criteria of lookup fields. This will help creating dynamic drop down fields whose values depends on the value given for the other fields in the same form. Refer this sample application implemented using this feature. It contains three forms Country, State and Registration. Registration form contains two lookup fields Country and State. AGAIN my users are ELDERLY people, I HAVE MONTHS encouraging them to use a webpage..... Today we are noticing that when we add a row to a subform, the first lookup field pre-fills automatically with the value entered in the first row of the same subform. Other fields in that row are scripted to auto-populate depending on the value chosen in the lookup field. ex. given Row 1 Lookup field = X, several fields in row auto-populate according to a script using X as an input Add row Row 2 Lookup field pre-fills with X, incorrectly, auto-populates other fields incorrectly That lookup fieldRecent Improvements
I am sorry to say, but the recent improvements made to ZOHO Creator make it a lot harder for me to keep my data updated. The "locked in place" Add, Search, etc. force me to have all columns showing regardless of how wide the view is and regardless of what columns I am changing. I believe it used to float to whatever size the view was, or at least should. I cannot now find the "global" changes option to selected rows. Enclosed are pictures of my desktop. You can see in Picture 1 regular ALERT MESSAGES where "http://www.zoho.creator.com" said something DOESNT appear. Hi there, Our drop down list now longer displays all the records from the drop down list. We have a large no. of records to choose from. This has halted the administration for our company for today, which is costing us alot of money. We desperately need this fixed ASAP. Can you please provide us with some feed back, or at least let me know if I should look into alternative options (adding a new text field and getting rid of the lookup field if its not going to work). If the Custom Actions only show when a record is selected there will be no visual clue that there are custom actions. The user will have no reason to select a record. I have noticed in the precreator there is "Search and Auto-Complete", when testing this feature I noticed that my filters which I apply to my lookup field are not being applied. For example, I have my equipment categorized by location, and then by type, so for example, I can just look at head office equipment, that is computer hardware, then I can quickly select from the list the equipment I want to associate with that incident. For now in precreator I have just turned off search, and it's back toPausing a script

Hi, I cannot believe that in the past three hours, I nearly completed an entire platform aimed for the Small and Mid-sized Business (SMB!) I'm anxious to release the product into the marketplace.
