Has anyone found a way to log caller verification in CRM. If an agent asks the caller to verify their identity i am looking for a way to log that in the system that we can audit. Basically we need a way to show we checked the callers identity before we discussed details
Finding fields that contain only a space with workflow rules
Hi, We are attempting to send automated emails to leads which are created by a form on our website, only if there is NOT any information added in the description field. Unfortunately, the form Zoho creates inserts the non-breaking space in the Description input, so we cannot use the ${isempty} check to see if a lead has not entered any data in that field. I've been using Zoho for more than a year... Last month i found a few problems with my sync between Gmail Contacts and Zoho. We have 2112 contacts in our list. I've created a brand new Google Account just to sync the contacts. Hello, I am attempting to send a post request from a custom button on the CRM UI to a third party server. The response I get is: {"responseText":"internal exception","responseCode":"-1"}. Please help me make sense of this message so I could understand why the request is failing. Please note that the same request works fine in CURL, as well as on the Chrome ARM extension. Call Details field not available/showing for custom functions
Hi all. I thought I would ask my question here. While I don't like it, I understand why we cannot add custom fields to the Calls module. However, I cannot get anyone in support to tell me WHY the "Call Details" field is unavailable under the custom functions. Mass Update to Trigger Child Mapped Fields?
I have a single pick field that contains nearly 200 properties, and have used this as the Parent field to 11 single-pick Child fields. With more than 6,000 records in the CRM, I'd like to "trigger" the child fields to update instead of either clicking into each record to update the child fields, or have to write a 200 step workflow to update the child fields. Anyone have any ideas for a mass update of this sort? Or could point me in the right direction? Huge thank you in advance.
