Can I use a workflow to update a field with the value of another field? Or of the current date?
It looks like I can only enter text for the field to be updated to. I need to update it to the value of another field. The use case I am using is that I want to keep track of the lead's "Initial Interest Level". Whenever I create a new record, I simply copy the value of Interest Level (e.g. "Passive") over to Initial Interest Level. That way, when I change the Interest Level to "Active", I retain the knowledge that this lead started as "Passive". Please advise! Scott
ZohoCRM Report with Contacts - no way to show account name?
I created a report that shows notes from contacts. I can show the last name of the associated contact with each note - but no way to show the Account? It is just showing blank if I associate Accounts and Contacts with a Notes Report - and add Accounts
Exporting A Certain List of Leads
Is there a way to export only one list (or "view") of leads? I see the "export leads" button in the drop down list under import leads, however they exports the entire list of leads that are in the crm. I am just trying to export a certain group. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
