Customizing Homepage Modules for Multiple Users
Hi, I'm fairly new to Zoho, and I would like to customize the homepage modules and apply the changes to multiple users. I currently know how to do it only for myself. How do I go about making these changes? Thanks! Nate
Problem with layout qotation
Hello, I use CRM to manage sales and when I do my estimate, there are two columns to the right. One with my product price, and another with the final price sold to the customer. And I'd like to have only one column with the price sold to the customer. Why? Imagine I have a product worth 10 euros but I sell to customer X to 9 euros, while I can also sell to the customer there for 12 euros. Therefore, the customer sees that Y I increased the price. Basically, I want to see my product prices in order
Can't save phone number or email for new contact

Zoho CRM Search Problem

Cannot add custom sections to account page
I have added a couple of sections to my accounts page, the changes are saved and they show up in the custom view. However when I open an existing account, the new sections do not show up. Where are they?

Hi I am a new user to Zoho and would like to know whether the following is possible, and if so could someone give me an idea where to look in the help area to develop a solution: When I convert a lead to a potential I want to be able to trigger sending a standard series of 8-10 emails, each email being sent out automatically every 2-3 weeks, to each of the chosen potentials. Search Critera for Dates
Okay.. I have a vacation rental company ... I'm adjust the Layout for display of leads and have 2 questions. Question 1: One of my fields is Check in Date... It's a date field. I want the criteria to be check in date within the next 7 days.. I see there is a after Tomorrow formula ${TOMORROWPLUS} Anyone know how I would write tomorrow Plus 6 days? or maybe before tomorrow + 6 days Question 2 , I want to be able to set search Criteria between 2 set dates. for example.. Accessing Calendar by a tab in Zoho CRM
Hello, Is the calendar (displaying events, appointments, etc.) available to be a tab in the CRM? With all the customization available, I'm surprised I can't find this option so far. CRM API - File Download
Thank you for updating the API to include file attachment facilities. This is a good improvement. Regarding "file download", how does one determine the unique ID of any attachment through the API? Can you configure the API to view a list of files attached to a record, and then choose the one to download? Brendan

Outlook Plug in to add emails to Cases (Not just Contacts)
Outlook Plugin only allows you to attach emails to the Contacts page in Zoho CRM, but does not allow you to attach emails to Cases. I have multiple cases for each contact and I would like to keep the emails with the Cases they are relevant to, not all emails with the Contact page only. Please add the ability to add emails to Cases and not just Contacts.

I have been trying to get Zoho to work for the business I work for. We need to invoice several dozen items for each customer each day and we need to run through approximately 35 customers each morning. Problem viewing public email templates
We are new to Zoho. We have been importing leads and creating our campaigns. We have been working on our templates. My co-worker has gone in and done a couple of templates which he has saved into the public email templates. I cannot see them on my station, they appear in the list on his station. What are we doing wrong?

Outlook plugin 15-days trial cannot login
Hi, I downloaded and successfully installed the Outlook plugin 15-day trial. I am using the free ZOHO CRM, and Outlook 2010 under W7 (64b). The plugin seems to be installed correctly. When I try to login using either my username & password, i get the error message: "You must specify a valid username and password" I tried to activate the Outlook for my user (admin), but the error is that I i exceeded my licenses. convert to account
For some reason, when I click convert to convert a lead to an account, it only says it is going to convert to a contact. I ran a test and it did only convert to a contact. Any idea why?
