Creating a contact
When creating a contact, after entering the First Name and hitting tab, the cursor moves down to Account Name. It used to move over to Last Name, which is what I want. How do I revert back to the previous tab functionality, where it moves from left to right, rather than straight down the left fields? Thank you.

Is there a proper way to sort CRM potentials with same percentage other than closing date?
Hi! So in our CRM we are in need of having our potentials with same percentage sorted by any other mean that isn't closing date. Having it be by Account name would be great since our business deals with several locations and we store them on the CRM starting with each location's state postal code and have mostly everything sorted this way in our files for easy access. SearchRecord function in custom function doesn't work same as api for custom module
Hey, We met a critical problem that blocks our script to work. The searchRecords function for our custom module doesn't work in custom function same as the api. We do exactly the same search with zoho.crm.searchRecords and zoho crm search api, in custom scripts it returns an 4500 error, but with api client it returns the expected result. Custom template question
Is it possible to create one custom template that can be used for both leads and accounts? I am finding I have to create it twice, once for leads, once for accounts. Can I just create it once and put it in one folder? When I elect to send an email I would like to see ALL the templates I have created and be able to select any one of them.
To put only date on to the Quotes
I would like to use only the "date" on my Quotes not "time" But when I'm trying to edit the template I select Quotes>Created Time. in that case it also put time and date together. Is there any way to have only the creation date on to the Quotes. Thanks in advance.
Having issue creating a task as an Instant Action
Trying to create a Task as an instant action to a record being created in a custom module. I have a custom field in the Tasks module that is important to set, but when creating a task as an instant action, it doesn't provide the ability to set those values. Any suggestions on how I can do this? I have not done any deluge programming, am wondering if a custom function could create the task, and also set the value in the custom field as well.

How do I get all call logs (both inbound and outbound) from all users pulled into Zoho and accessible to all users? Here is an example: Client John Doe calls in to the office. CRM Potentials
New to a CRM.. once I convert my Lead to a Potential... if I say I closed the deal (Won), it continues to stay in the Potential Module..? Isn't there another place for these customers to go to? When I look at my Potentials, it has all the customers that have said no to a quote (Lost), the ones that have accepted a quote (Won) and the ones that are thinking about it.. this doesn't seem right??

Update lead status field for new leads only when created by BCC
We have new leads default to Not Contacted. Is there any way to automate only the new leads created by BCC to status "Attempted"?

Would like to know, if a recurring job sheet which has some tabulated data within and also a few fields displaying the status of the job completed or job partially completed or undone. Losing emails when converting Leads
When I'm converting Leads, I lose all emails sent. The missing emails are neither in Accounts nor in Accounts or Potentials. How can I found them?

How to import opportunities?
Hi all, I set up a couple of opportunities in the CRM itself, then exported them so that i had the correct field's etc for my larger import. I have created the spreedsheet to import and i think i have set up everything ok, except for two issues. 1) i am told that zoho cannot find the parent account with the account id that i have supplied (even though i have checked and they all like up to the correct account id) 2) i am told that zoho cannot create the opportunity with a blank opportunity id...

Import price with other attributions
Hello, I just imported the data of more than 1000 items in Zoho ZRM. Other attributions such as item's name, Quantity level, Quantity in stock were successfully imported to the system, while the column of unit price all showed 0. Could you please tell me how to import the price? Is there any previous data processing of setting I have to deal with? Thank you very much!!
Display Issues with Outlook and Zoho CRM Plug In
Since installing the CRM Plug In for Outlook all of our staff are experiencing display issues in Outlook, such as black boxes and other graphics failures. Is there a fix for this? Our work around is to close and then reopen Outlook, which is not a great fix.

I am trying to add a Line Item field to the quote template that lists the products in numerical order as they are added to the quote. For example if I add 5 different products to the quote the Line Item field should show Items 1 thru 5 on the quote. One of the common requests I get from our sales team is the ability to plan a route for the day/week using the customer information we have in Zoho. In other words, if they are visiting a customer who happens to be at 123 Main Street, Anytown, 60699, what other customers are in a certain radius of that address. Custom Function Daily Limit query
Hi, I have a workflow that is triggered for all records on Create or Edit of Leads and it runs a custom function. There is only 1 user in the Zoho CRM. If they do a mass update on 200 Lead records I presume that would use up the daily limit immediately. Is that correct? Thanks, Michael

Hi all, I have a question about Zoho CRM webhook, and the support can't help me. I am using webhooks, triggered by workflow rules, to update data from ZOHO CRM ( accounts, leads, ...) in another application. So I have several webhooks to push updates, deletes, creation, ... for several modules. All of these webhooks are using a specific parameter ( an api token) that is not the ZOHO CRM api token !!!!! ( I am sorry, but the zoho crm support on the live chat is not able to understand that, .....

Create Contact+Account using API

Cannot delete or edit inventory template..
I'm trying to re-edit a quote 'inventory template' and the edit buttone is greyed out, when i hover over it, i get a pop up that says 'Sorry, You cannot edit of deletethis template as it has been deployed through the plug in' i have no idea what the 'plug in' refers too and need to be able to edit this, can anyone tell me how to do this? ive had no issues editing this prior to today.
mass update contact to assign contacts to a Campaign group(s)
I would love to have the ability to mass select a group of contacts and use the mass update option to add them to a specific campaign. I am not sure why this simple(?) action cant be done. Worse, the displayed results from campaigns - add existing contacts does not show the account name nor does it allow you to see other fields. can either of these be implemented?

Is there any way to assign where an outbound email is filed?
I have modified my modules, and cannot seem to find a way to choose where my outbound emails from Outlook are being filed. They are all coming in under the wrong module & transferring contacts between modules is proving to be a problem for Zoho CRM. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am trying to create a workflow that will send an email out to a lead only if they did not reply to the first email. Other than manually changing the lead status, is there a way to automate this process? Is there a way to track in ZOHO Campaign how many people replied to an email? I see open rate, bounce rate, etc. But no reply rate. Thanks Cathy

Hi My colleague started getting the above error when emailing through Zoho. I checked to see if TFA was enabled, it wasn't. I attempted to change Zoho password so that it isn't the same as his Gmail account but was unable to. Checked all email settings and they look correct. Not sure what I can do next?
