How frequently does ZOHO CRM sync email from Office 365 using IMAP?
Custom Functions- disaster!!!
I have spent two weeks waiting for tech support to send me the reasons why the custom functions i have are not working... Each time i get the same reply back.. the code should be working. And yet it's not.. maybe someone here can help me?? I created custom functions inside of Leads, Contacts/Accounts and Potentials so that when an Event is created the address of the Lead/contact/account automatically get pulled into the location of the event, regardless of whether the event is started in Leads, Potentials
What to do for two contacts with same email with duplication check?
I need to check for duplicates on entering new contacts. My problem is, when I enter the new contact, "do not allow duplicates" on the email address shows me the the email address is already being used. So I do a global search and go to the contact. If the result is a true duplicate, no problem, I don't add it. But I have cases where two contacts in the same company use the same email address. In this case, I want to allow a contact with a duplicate email address to be added. What's the best way
Zoho Forms - Duplicates
We have a Zoho webform on our website that feeds into Leads. We have noticed that if the user hits 'submit' more than once (As many unfortauntely will do if experiencing lag) then they will be registered as a lead twice. This is not good, as it creates clustered data and spams our emails. Please assist if anybody has a solution - our only option at this point would be to remove the Zoho webform. Thanks!

Duplicated Contacts
Hi, I have a problem with CRM and my duplicated contacts. Hope someone can help. I'm trying to create a View List for a mass email out of Contacts. However when i created the list I end up getting a number of duplicated contacts. I ran the deduplicate contacts and studied the results. Turns out that the Contacts themselves are not duplicated. Rather the view list I created made a contact for each contact and the same subsequent contact for each product that that contact has listed on their page.

How do we manage permission to see other user's email sent to Zoho CRM contacts We have users not seeing emails sent by other users including myself. I even have emails sent by my own email account (various permitted aliases) that are captured by Zoho (leads are generated) but emails are not visible by myself. My user is an admin account, and the Zoho documentations clearly states "A user with an Administrator profile will have access to all the data irrespective of the role assigned to the user"
Zoho Outlook 2010 32 bit installed, but remains in the Inactive section

New User Capabilities
I want to add a new user that has the ability to schedule meetings for me (events and calls), however, I don't want the user to be able to access all of my Open Tasks, Events, and Calls in my calendar or the home page of the CRM. I was told that Zoho does not have that capability. Is this true? Is there a way around this? Thanks, Jake
Improve Zoho WebForms
Lets face it, the Captcha feature does not eliminate all spam. I would like to put in a request to beef up the Zoho WebForm featue to eliminate the Captcha because it is an out of date and Bots still get around it. What kind of client wants to fill out a Captcha? its just an unwanted step that turns away prospective clients. Tip to improve Facebook integration
The social plugin on a lead's page will lookup the lead based upon its name. Eg.: The name of my lead is 'Dick Tracey". When I click on "search for Dick Tracey on Facebook" I get 10 results. Which one is my lead. Here's my tip to improve this: I also have an email of Dick Tracy: dicktracey1975@yahoo.com (random address for this example) There's a good chance that Dick uses this same address as his facebook login. Hello, My company and I started using your product for about 2 weeks. We have decided to not use the Leads module because it does not have a Google Contacts sync for it (just Contacts has this). I have created several personalized fields in the Contact sheet. The same fields are present in the Deal sheet. My question is this: When I create a new deal from a certain contact can some of the fields be automatically copied from Contacts to Deals? It would greatly help me reduce the copy-paste needed.

CRM not picking up Invoice info even though they are linked
We have Invoice and CRM linked and they seem to do an ok job sharing info even though we have not done thorough testing... There is an issue with Invoices not showing in CRM. Hi We want to setup a page where customers can sign up for our newsletter and we want to use the usual double opt-in procedure: 1. The customer enters his email 2. The custer receives an automated response email with a confirmation link 3. Only when the customer clicks on the link, his email is finaly added to our subscriber list The problem is step 2. Zoho CRM having increasing amount of BUGS
All the recent changes and feature additions to Zoho are great. However what I'm finding is that there is an increasing amount of BUGS that are popping up. I've reported 5 in the last week with several others in the last month. What's annoying is bugs are causing existing workflows to break and it takes a while to convince support that it exists! I am creating a Zoho CRM webform for my website that creates a Lead. I'd like to have a Date field named "requested download" and have that hidden and auto-fill with today's date. Why aren't all my templates showing?
I created several templates for emails I send frequently for customer service purposes but only a handful show up. I had to categorize some as Task rather than Contacts or Leads. Can I not use those as email templates?
