Zoho CRM solutions not synched with Zoho reports
In Zoho API settings for snych of CRM with Reports (https://crm.zoho.eu/crm/ShowSetup.do?tab=webInteg&subTab=zohoApps&appname=reports) I cant find module "solutions". Is this due to our subscription (we have subscription professional for Zoho CRM and standard for reports) or is it not available at all? If not available at all, I understand that we need to do extend the synch by creating a job that fetches the solutions through CRM API (which is possible according to https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/api/modules-fields.html#Solutions)

I am having issues with the potentials module and field "stage" record not displaying the correct value, it is instead displaying a random number..... ie - 179798000028876089 etc. I contacted live chat who after explaining over and over iv tested to confirm its not a browser or user issue gave me a screen share. Nevin then tried to fix the issue by testing the issues on many different records within the live CRM!!!! all now with stage values that are not linked to any view and could be lost....
Administrator acount standard version and remaining free version
My organization is small, 5 sale and I'm a manager. I want upgrade my acount to standard version to make report and using Maine more feature But my sale is not necessary . So upgrade only my acount is possible ? And my sale still login and using free version! I think it is possible because Zoho CRM flexible for every business model
Contact Module - Simple Name Search made a complex clumsy time waster
Who agrees with me that one of the main things that people want to do in the contacts module is search for someone? And that a 'someone' is a person (a human being) And that a person has a first and last name. So would it come as no surprise that perhaps one of the most common used feature is to search by first and last name????? So if I want to search for one of my contacts called John Citizen Previously I would just search "John C" in the contact name filter that was on top and it would display.
Add link to emails that are in timeline view
Suggest adding links to an email that is shown in the timeline view for a Contact or Lead. This would be helpful to quickly access the email to see its content. A second suggestion would be to have a preview window open when hovering over an item that is shown in the timeline view. The preview window could be clicked to open the record if desired.

Potential ID and contact ID in one report in zoho crm
Hi! I need to export a custom report from zoho crm, which contains both Potential ID and contact ID. Now when creating new report if I choose Contacts in the first step "Select Module" and then Potentials as a related module, I get only contact id. If I choose Potentials and then Contacts as a Related module, I get only potential id. Is there any way to get both both Potential ID and contact ID in one report? Or maybe any other way to export the relation between potential and contact id? Thank you

Search for records where specific field is empty
Hi, How can I use the api to search for records where a specific field is empty? for example, get all Sales Orders where Contact Name is empty. It's easy enough in the view, but not through the api - searchRecords can't seem to be able to search for empty value.

Phone integration
When I use the old version of Zoho, I can click on the phone number in the lead field and connect to Ringcentral, which is my VOIP provider. If I'm not connected, a pop-up will will appear where I can log into. In the new version of Zoho CRM, a pop-up appears and tells me to connect to Ringcentral, but doesn't allow me to log in. I guess I'm going to continue to use the old version.

When we create a budget, we always link it to its corresponding opportunity. Hello, Our Zapier account can no longer connect to Zoho CRM with an API Auth code. I notice that the "Zoho CRM API Access" toggle on both our admin and standard profiles are disabled and it says it cannot be modified for this profile. Has anyone ever built a custom function to calculate the time difference between here (Ireland) and the origin of a lead. For example a field on the record that populates upon creation to indicate how many hours of a time difference are between here and that leads country (e.g -6 hours). Custom Function Deluge Script for creating new event in different time zones

Linking Modules via Lookup Field and Ability to Report
If you add a new custom module and add a Lookup field for any other entity (Leads, Contacts, etc), you can report on the relationship between the two modules. If you take an existing module, say Cases, and add a Lookup field for Leads, I would expect that you could build reports that show the relationship between Leads and Cases. Unfortunately you cannot. Why would that be?
