Unable to Cancel to edit Data Backup and Backup Logic Bug in Zoho
(1) I'd configured Zoho CRM , database backup for once a month. I can't change it, there is no edit / cancel schedule buttons around (see attached screenshots), now sure why I can't do it anymore. I used to be able to edit it. (2) And I figured that I configured the date wrongly and wanted to change it because Zoho has a bug. - Previusly, I set to 31st of each month. But there is a logic bug in Zoho - On Months that do not have 31 days (e.g. Sept), it will be generated on the 1st of the next month.(Oct)

Slow / Missing Event Emails?
Hi I'm currently using a trial of Zoho and I am finding that event emails are quite delayed when being sent to attendees 10+ mins sometimes 30+. Also sometimes when I update an event and add additional attendees their email invite never arrives? Has anyone else had similar problems?
CRM and ZohoMail
Is any one else having issues with mail not syncing in CRM? we use Zoho Mail and emails get pushed into CRM under associated contacts, but no emails are syncing since 2/4/17 for anybody in our organization. 2/3/17 is last date emails were added to CRM. So far Zoho support has not been able to help us figure out why. They supposedly have escalated it and are going to get back to me but wanted to see if any one else is having this issue also? did they update something over the weekend that caused
GMAIL App issue

Hi all, when I log as administrator I can see the contact list with all contacts independently of the owner, but my users that have the standard security profile will only see the contacts they own, is there any way I can make that they see all records but only give them permission to edit their own records.

Auto fill some custom module fields from a Account lookup field
Hi, I created a custom module linked by a lookup field to the Account module. I have created some new fields in this custom module, similar to the Adress, City, and Zip code fields, existing in the account module. Now, in the Custom Module, When I select the account name in the lookup field, I would like the address, postal code and city fields to be filled automatically from the Account module data. I do not know how to write this script. Can I have an example? I can't find something on the forum.
Argentina Time Zone
To whom it may concern, Argentina Time Zone is registring things wrong. When we set a note for a contact or similar, it registers 1 hour later than the real one. For example, we set a note for a contact at 13:30, and the CRM set it at 14:30. Please, fix this ASAP. Thanks! Juan
Showing images instead of values (Modules)
Hi there, I am new to zoho and I am exploring .. noisy. And it seems that I did chose the right CRM.... I like to use an image instead of a value which should be shown when viewing a customer. The idea: With a formula field I am checking if all required customer data are filled. If "yes" then show a "green_dot.gif" if "no" show a "red_dot.gif". How can I solve this? CRM won't let me add my company name etc into the fields.
Have Zoho Mail. All good. Went to sign up for CRM. I come to a page that says "add your company information". The software will not take any information. Even when I try to upload my logo, it does nothing. Cannot type my company name, address, nothing into the fields. Tested this on both Mac and DOS. (Attached photo of the page)

How can I set up a workflow so that when a Lead is converted into a potential it creates a task for it automatically? I also want a new task to be created automatically when I create a new potential. Can this be done?
How to hide the phone field until another field is changed?

Get a list of Participant IDs from an Event
I can't get a list of related lead/contact participants on my events. importing leads
Hi there, I´ve just imported 20,000 contacts on leads database and everything is ok, except that all of them are under my name and not on the owners name (i have a column with that). Also the creation and modification dates are all the same day of the importing proces insted of the date&time that has the column. Note that I put the data on the same format (MM-DD-YYY HH:mm:ss) Thank you!

I've generated a couple of quotes and the report output (printed quote) is problematic in that it prints the list price and the line total at list price but even if you adjust the discount on the line item it still totals the line as listprice x quantity. What would be helpful is if you could add a column called "discounted price" and then total the line item as discountedprice x quantity so that the discounted total at the bottom of the quote matches the sum of all the line totals if that makes

I receive notifications for opened email but I can't see the incoming responses and emails. how to solve it? One more issue while I do email settings is I receive this message : "You are yet to enable IMAP for your account. Access the link https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/imap-access.html to learn more.
