Additional first name field for spouse
I've tried to create an additional first name field for spouse such as Spouse First Name. The problem is I'm unable to create the Salutation and first name as one field, or link the two as it appears for the default first name field. Thoughts?
Reset Sales Signals Indicator
I love the new User Interface and features! I'm having a little trouble getting the Sales Signals indicator to reset after I view new notifications. I've individually clicked on all new notifications. Is there a trick I'm missing? A global reset of the indicator would be a good feature to add.
Zoho CRM - Attachments and Competitor "new" button missing
In Potentials there is no long a button to add a new attachment (usually via desktop) or to add a new competitor. Older records show this feature but not new records. Any ideas?
Moving Info from one module to another
We have a module: CLIENTS and a module: SESSIONS. We would like to move many of the fields (such as: Personal Info & Client's Vision) to the SESSION module. Is that possible?
Notes not saving on CRM Modules

Imap Authentication stuck in authenticating mode
I had configured my zoho mail to work in the CRM and it seemed like it was working flawlessly. However, when I went in this morning to try and utilize it, I noticed that it was not connected and I clicked the button to have it connect again. It is now showing 'authenticating' and has been for the past 4-5 hours now. In the meantime though, I am having to copy and paste my email addresses from one application to the other and they are not linking like they should be, which is very annoying. It

I noticed problems in send mass emails in CRM
Hi, I sent a few mass emails from CRM this week. One guy got 4 emails in a row and some people didn't get emails. Also CRM was saying '200 emails sent' when I only selected 100 people. It's very buggy. Is Zoho aware of this and is it being fixed? Tim

Auto populate one module field from another
I have one module called Campaign Leads and another called Facilities. The Leads module has a lookup field where I select the facility associated with the lead. When I select the facility that I want to associate with the lead I want to auto-fill a field in the Lead module called Facility Email that already exists in the Facility Module. My goal is to be able to send a mail merge to the facility email after associating the facility with the lead. I want to send a mail merge with the lead information.
Two independent databases
I'm starting a nonprofit that deals with both donors and clients who we collect sensitive information on. We cannot store our donors and clients in the same database - they need to be in completely different file sets and we need to be able to back up both donor and client databases separately. I am evaluating Zoho CRM for a customer. I add a simple product with a Unit Price of $1.00ea. When I create a PO for the item I get the price of $1.00 ea, which is what I want. When I create an SO for the same product and add a the product in the line item I get the price of $1.00 ea. I created a price book for the product with a list price of $2.00 but, I do not get the $2.00 list price. Convert Prospect to something other than customer?
I want to be able to convert a prospect to another category, other than a customer. I'd like to convert them to a title like "no potential" once we've exhausted all possibilities with that prospect. Any tips or ideas?
Why can't I remove the activities date column in Leads view?
Question speaks for itself. Why assume I always want it visible? I don't need to see the date a task is due or late on every single view. Its ridiculous that I cannot hide it in a CUSTOM view. Besides limiting my use of views, it takes up a lot of screen real estate (and yes I know I can hide the filter menu)!

Sharing emails that are attached to a Contact/Potential
I just discovered that emails that I send to a contact and .bcc zoho indeed show up on their record and potential that they are associated with. That's the good news. I also learned that a new sales rep who has access to that record doesn't see any of those emails. Why is that? How can I make sure that everyone that has authority to work with that contact and potential sees the entire email chain associated with it? TIA for your response. Sam

Outlook for Mac Plugin Applescript Error
