Is it possible to create a role the would allow a user to enter and edit their own opportunities, but restrict it so they cannot see any other user's opportunities? Thank you

I'm the admin of the CRM for my company. If I click on "Switch to New Version", does that migrate all of our users to the new version too or just me? Is it possible for me to make the switch to test and set up the new features before rolling out to the rest of the team?
Restricting visibility of Stage, Probability
Hi, I want to customize permissions for Standard profile. My objective is restrict visibility of all financial information in Potentials - Amount, Expected Revenue, etc. In Customization/Fields and Links, I am able to uncheck the box for visibility of Amount, Probability and Expected Revenue but can't uncheck Stage. Thus, a dollar amount is visible to the Standard users. Is there something else I can do to completely eliminate visibility of all $$ amounts for Standard users? Thanks in advance

Templates delivered to Gmail then forwarded = Odd Line Breaks
I am having trouble using Templates, which deliver to me via email (using Gmail) that I then edit and forward on to clients. When I forward the email, strange line breaks are occurring making the text difficult to read. From my end, everything looks fine before I hit Send, but clients reply and are confused and I can see that the text is broken up. How to I prevent this? Stage Probability Mapping(Alternative)
I believe that you must include the ability to add different stage probability mapping on potentials. Its a different stage probability when you trying to sell to a doctor and different on a patient. Ok in general lines the stage probability can be fixed every time. First contact Second contact etc... but there are more specific situations. Stage probability must be more flexible to all modules. Accounts contacts etc.. Think about it and if you agree please do it.
Account Name Lookup
We have a problem with our salespeople creating sales orders and invoices and, instead of using the account lookup widget, manually typing in the name of the account on the form. This frequently duplicates account records and has created burdensome cleanup of our database. Is there a way to make the account field solely a lookup field without allowing ad hoc account creation?

Would love to see webform allow multi-file uploads
As the title says.....the "upload file" function only allows for one file to be uploaded. If someone has four files, we would need to add in four upload fields. Why not allow for multiple files? Thanks!

Hi All, Say i have a list of about 1000 contacts in my zoho CRM. Is it possible to create a distribution for my contacts, e.g, lets say out of the 1000 contacts 100 are in Africa, i need to create a group and call it Africa so that when sending emails i can just select Africa and it will go to all clients in Africa. Has anyone been able to get the twillio sms add on to work? I would live to send text messages to prospects and customers in zoho but I am unable to get the add on to show up on the contact or lead pages. There are several sms add ons in the market place - some appear to be out of business. So I was wondering if anyone has success sending sms via zoho in any way? Thank You

Hello! Is anyone else using the Unbounce integration with Zoho CRM, and if so is there a way around Unbounce creating duplicate leads in Zoho CRM? Hi, I am currently in the process of evaluating Zoho for a couple of months and it seems to do most of the things that we require. Our requirements have resulted in the creation of a couple of Custom Modules. However I have just gone to create a mail merge template based on these modules and don't seem to be able to. Cant delete recurring events
Hi - I just signed up on zoho, I vreated one contact for self and entered a test appointment. Looked at recurring screen, then closed it. It was set at repeat none. Zoho entered unlimited recurring appointments for test appointment for myself. I am not asked to delete all appointments. I can delete them one at a time which is unproductive since there is an unlimited number of recurs. Am I stuck with them

is it possible to gain the ability to email accounts- There is a template option currently for accounts, why are we not able to select accounts, then email those accounts who's contacts have email address's? The merge fields could be both of contact and accounts? Is there a particular reason why this cant be done?

Notes won't save
I haven't visited the CRM in a few months. I came back and tried to enter notes under a Contact, I click Save and the Note field disappears, rendering it unable to save or retain any notes. Is this a recent bug or something to do with having the free version? If it does not resolve, there's no reason to keep using Zoho.
